La bonita LYS VILLA está ubicada en Olivella, en una zona residencial llamada Las Colinas. Sitges y sus famosas playas de arena fina están a tan solo 20 minutos en coche.
La villa está rodeada por el Parque Natural del Garraf y es el lugar ideal para todos aquellos que disfruten del calmado sonido de la naturaleza y el canto de los pájaros.
Desde esta villa se puede disfrutar de todas las actividades que la zona ofrece: tiro con arco, equitación, paintball, trekking, etc…
Descripción de LYS VILLA en Olivella:
Esta villa de nueva construcción tiene un jardín y una piscina privados para el uso y disfrute de nuestros huéspedes. También tiene una gran terraza que rodea la casa equipada con una mesa, sillas y una sombrilla de diseño, el lugar perfecto para comer o cenar al aire libre!
En la planta baja nuestros huéspedes encontrarán un gran salón comedor, la cocina completamente equipada incluyendo una pequeña zona para comer y un aseo.
En la parte trasera de la casa está el garaje donde también se encuentran la lavadora y al secadora.
En el piso superior hay cuatro habitaciones y dos baños. La habitación principal, tipo suite, cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, un gran baño con ducha y vistas a la piscina desde una pequeña terraza.
La segunda habitación tiene una cama doble y la tercera dos camas individuales. Hay una cuarta habitación con dos camas individuales más pero es suficientemente grande como para acomodar hasta cuatro camas si es necesario.
Finalmente, hay un alegre y luminoso baño con bañera. Como todas las habitaciones tienen grandes ventanales toda la villa está inundada por la luz natural.
Esta es la casa perfecta para una familia o grupo de amigos grande que prefiera unas vacaciones relajantes sin renunciar a las emocionantes actividades que Sitges ofrece.
Observaciones:
Fiestas no permitidas. Animales preguntar. Niños bienvenidos.
Recomendamos contar con coche propio para alojarse en esta propiedad.

The beautiful LYS VILLA is located in Olivella, in a residential area called Las Colinas. Sitges and its beautiful sandy beaches are only 20 minutes away.
The villa is surrounded by the Garraf Natural Park and is the perfect spot for those enjoying the relaxing calm of nature and the sound of the birds singing.
From this villa you can enjoy many of the activities that the area has to offer: archery, riding, hiking, paintball, etc.
Description of the LYS VILLA in Olivella:
This brand new villa has a private pool and garden for our guests to enjoy. It also has a good size terrace surrounding the house equipped with a large table, chairs and a design sunshade, the perfect place for al fresco dinning!
On the ground floor our guests will find a big living room with dining area, a full equipped kitchen with a small dining area and a bathroom with WC and basin.
At the back of the house there is a large parking including the washing machine and the drier.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is one en-suite which has a double bed, a large private bathroom with shower and enjoys views of the pool from a small terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.
The fourth bedroom comes with two single beds but there is enough room to accommodate up to four beds upon request.
Finally, there is a nice and bright bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have large windows so the villa is flooded by natural light.
This is the perfect home for a large family or group of friends looking for a relaxing vacation without missing all the vibrant activities that Sitges has to offer.
Observations:
Parties not allowed. Pets considered. Kids welcome.
