Bright and beautiful apartment in a residential area in Sitges.
The apartment is located on a hill in the outskirts of Sitges and its facing south-west so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from its terrace. The apartment also offers panoramic views over the ocean and the nearby hills.
At the street level of the apartment complex there is a private wellness and sports club open to guests at an additional cost.
The wooden floors and the decoration of the apartment gives a very warm feeling to the whole set. The apartment comprises of a lounge area with open plan kitchen and a small bar for a quick breakfast, a nice terrace, two double rooms and two complete bathrooms.
The lounge area is furnitured with a large comfortable sofa, a single sofa bed, a coffee table and a piece of furniture including the technology set (TV, DVD ...)
This area opens onto the L shaped terrace from where you can enjoy the views. There is a table with chairs.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay.
The master en-suite bedroom has a double bed. From the bathroom with bathtub you can access the utility room.
There is a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and another bathroom with shower.
All guests staying at The Pearl can enjoy the beautiful and well cared of communal area including swimming pool and garden. There is also a parking slot available in the same building at no extra cost. We recommend you have a car while staying at this apartment although you can take advantage of the local bus service.
All access to the apartment are suitable for wheelchairs users.
A good option for those looking for a relaxing stay but not far from Sitges and its action.

Luminoso y bonito apartamento en una zona residencial en Sitges.
El apartamento está situado sobre una colina a las afueras de Sitges y está orientado al sur-oeste, por lo que se puede disfrutar de unas bonitas puestas de sol desde su terraza. El apartamento también ofrece vistas panorámicas sobre el mar y las colinas cercanas.
En la planta baja del complejo donde se encuentra el apartamento hay un club deportivo y de belleza privado, abierto a nuestros huéspedes a un coste adicional.
Los suelos de parket y la decoración del apartamento dan una agradable sensación de calidez al conjunto. El apartamento cuenta con un salón, cocina abierta con una pequeña barra, una bonita terraza, dos habitaciones dobles y dos baños completos.
La zona de estar está amueblada con un cómodo sofá de tres plazas, un sofá cama individual, una mesita y un mueble con el “kit tecnológico” (TV, DVD, etc…)
Esta zona da acceso a la terraza en forma de L desde donde se puede disfrutar de las agradables vistas. La terraza cuenta con una mesa y sillas.
La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar.
La habitación principal, tipo suite, cuenta con una cama doble. Desde el baño con bañera se accede al lavadero.
Hay un segundo dormitorio con un sofá cama doble y otro baño con ducha.
Todos los huéspedes del The Pearl pueden disfrutar de la bonita y cuidada zona comunitaria que incluye jardín y piscina. También hay disponible una plaza de parking en el mismo edificio sin coste adicional. Recomendamos a todos nuestros huéspedes disponer de vehículo propio para acceder al apartamento, aunque también se puede utilizar el servicio de autobuses local. Todos los accesos al apartamento están adaptados para minusválidos.
Una buena opción para todos aquellos que buscan una estancia tranquila sin alejarse de todo lo que Sitges puede ofrecer.
