LOCALIZACIÓN Y CARACTERISTICAS
Precioso apartamento situado a 2 minutos de la playa de la Zurriola, dónde se puede practicar el Surf y a 5 minutos del Palacio de congresos Kursaal y de la Parte Vieja. Hay un carril para bicicletas que discurre a lo largo de las tres playas. El apartamento “Monpás” esta totalmente reformado en un estilo moderno y acogedor y tiene unas vistas espectaculares al mar. Es una maravilla ver la puesta de sol desde los ventanales. Aunque está en el primer piso dispone de ascensor.
Esta situado en una zona tranquila y segura que se llama Gros. Su situación privilegiada permite llegar andando a los sitios de interés como museos, playas, bares, restaurantes y pubs y tiendas.
El apartamento "Monpás" es totalmente exterior y muy soleado.
Consta de una habitación-sala (la sala esta integrada en la habitación) con cama de 1,50 y un sofá cama doble. La cocina esta totalmente equipada y el baño con amplia ducha de hidromasage. Ropa de cama, toallas y secador de pelo. También dispone de cuna para niños. Limpieza incluida.
Acceso a Internet-WIFI. Teléfono gratis para llamadas nacionales.

A bicycle path goes along the 3 beaches. "Monpas" apartment is a cosy and modern flat and has spectacular views to the ocean. It is wonderful to watch the sunset from the windows. First floor with lift.
Located in a safe area called Gros, it’s privilleged location allows you to get to the main places of interest such as monuments, beaches, bars, restaurants and pubs, as well as all type of shops in a few minutes walk.
"Monpás" apartment is south-west orientated and very sunny. Features: The flat has a big room with a comfortable double bed and a double sofa-bed. There is a totally equipped kitchen with a table and 4 chairs. The bath has a large hydromassage shower. There are linen, Towels and a hairdryer. A Cradle for babies is available.
Access to WIFI-Internet. Free Telephone for national calls.

Bel appartement à Saint Sébastien. Situé à 2 minutes de la plage ‘la Zurriola’, où pratiquer le Surf et à 5 minutes du Palais des Congrès ‘Kursaal’ et la Vieille Ville. Il y a une piste cyclable qui longe les trois plages.
L´appartement « Monpás » est refait entièrement à neuf en style moderne et accueillant avec vue imprenable et magnifique sur la mer. L´appartement «Monpás» est complètement extérieur et très ensoleillé.
L'appartement offre un beau spectacle au coucher du soleil à travers les fenêtres qui sont face à la mer. Malgré qu'il soit au premier étage, il dispose d´un ascenseur.
Situé dans un quartier résidentiel, calme et en toute sécurité appelé ‘Gros’. Son emplacement privilégié permet d´accéder à pied aux endroits les plus intéressants comme musées, plages, bars, restaurants, pubs et magasins.
* L'appartement dispose d'une chambre intégrée au salon avec un grand lit et un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes. Il est équipé d´une cuisine indépendante et complètement aménagée et la salle de bains possède une vaste douche à jets (hydromassage). Chaîne HIFI. Chauffage central.

El apartamento es una monada, muy acogedor, limpio, con mucho gusto. Impresionantes las vistas a la playa, y aunque hizo muchos dias de lluvia, al final pudimos disfrutar de la puesta de sol desde la ventana. Todo genial, y el trato muy agradable. Repetiremos.

El apartamento esta muy bien situado, te ofrece tranquilidad y a la vez si quieres algo de ambiente lo tienes a 2 pasos, playa surfista y ambiente gastronómico típico de pintxos de la zona. Amueblado con un gusto exquisito y muy limpio. Y en cuanto a la dueña, una excelente persona y muy abierta a asesorarte sobre la ciudad, alrededores y sus eventos.

Very fine clean place, fully and styly equipped with a nice view over the beach (car park in the street 3.8O eur/day). The photos do not lie. Peaceful and quiet although less than 50 m down to the Zuriola beach with plenty of nice affordable and lively restaurants, bodega's and bars in the immediate neighbourhood. Within walking distance : the Kursaal, the old city, the harbour, the Concha with more nice shops, restaurants etc... So just go and enjoy the amazing San Sebastian. And last but not least Mrs M. Itziar is very helpful.

Hemos estado en este precioso apartamento reformado con gusto,te hace sentirte como en casa. La calidad de todos sus componentes se hace notar.Por eso nos parece el precio bueno, la situación estupenda,a un paso de la playa, y a la vez muy tranquilo para el descanso. Las fotos buenas, pero la realidad es mucho mejor. La propietaria un encanto, pendiente de todo. Volveremos!
