Cortijo Mar II is arranged over two floors with a total of 155 square metres of interior space. The lower floor features a spacious living-dining room area with a large bay window offering fantastic sea views. There is a downstairs bathroom off the living room, and a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern conveniences.
The three bedrooms, including an ensuite master bedroom with terrace, are located on the second floor. There is also a second bathroom upstairs.
