Located right in the Plaza de Chueca, probably the trendiest area in the city, with its restaurants, sidewalk cafés and fashionable stores. And totally central, just 5 min. walk to Sol and Gran Vía. Metro right at the entrance, but you barely need it, you can walk everywhere.

Inside, the ceilings are 3,5m high and colour of the walls is white, which, combined with the white wood floors, give a great sensation of airiness and luminosity. The spaces are configured in a clever open plan, with 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms ensuite.

Belonging to a "world" photographer, exhibits his artwork on the walls. Fittins and furnishings are new, having just undergone a complete refurbishment. Design and quality from the construction structures until the smallest detail. The outlook is that of a simply tastefull place.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

A white 3,2 m wooden sliding door leads into the open plan living area. The extremelly bright living room is furnished with one 3-seater leather sofa, one barroque armchair, a desk and a Bertoia wire chair, an stylish old bookcase acquired from antique store. Large format modern framed photograph of Nepal on the wall, and circled white lamps hanging.

The master bedroom, separated by two original wooden columns, consists of a queen-sized bed (1.35m x 2.00m), an antique simple squared mirror and a modern fitted wardrobe. A 3.5 m high glass wall decorated with a large format art photograph of Myanmar is also the headboard. The white bathroom ensuite, has stainless walls decoration and modern squared sink.

Two french balconies, 3 m high, overlook the Plaza, equipped with the best double glazing isolation, and the original wooden shutters. A 5 m long stylish iron rail, has climbing plants.

The spacious kitchen is also a dining room and is equipped with fridge freezer, 3 ring induction magnetic ceramic hob, cental table with 4 Eiffel chairs, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The rounded mirror and glass lamps of the 70's were acquired from a design store. White furnishing and tiles combined with the modern look of the stainless steel Kitchenware. The room has another balcony facing an indoor patio.

A second large double bedroom with its bathroom ensuite, has its own window to the patio, a big wardrobe, and queen-sized bed 1.45m x 2.00m, a desk and black and white self enlarged photographs from India.

Undeniably, these features and details of excellent taste, place this luxury apartment among the finest.
