Located in one of the most fashionable and bohemian area in Barcelona, young and cultural life in the night and quite atmosphere in the day, an area with unique charm, where you can wander for hours, exploring its narrow pedestrianised streets and lively little squares. It is an area rich in culture its arthouse cinemas, which screen films in English, and its theatres and bookshops.
Gràcia, district of narrow streets and small squares, was united to Barcelona in 1897. Gràcia is one of the most popular districts of Barcelona. When entering the district the atmosphere change is remarkable. Small buildings of two plants, with a series of attractive small squares. The zone is very popular because of its rich night life. It is where many students live, a creative community of artists, actors, musicians, photographers and designers contribute to the special atmosphere of the area.
It's very near to centertown, you can get Ramblas in 7 minutes, just 3 stops by subway. Within a short stroll of the apartment you can find all the necessary amenities, including supermarkets, Internet cafés, cinemas and a myriad of bars and restaurants. Only at 5 minutes by walk to Paseo Gracia-Diagonal, where it will be able to admire Gaudi’s work: La Pedrera and Batlló house. The Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell are also within walking distance.

Are the linen and towels included in the total price?
At your arrival, you will find towels in the bathroom(s) and sheets in every bed. This service is included in the final price we give you with the booking confirmation.
How much do I have to pay to definitively book the apartment?
To make sure we can keep the apartment for you, and to avoid any further trouble, we ask you to pre-pay a 25% of the total amount of your booking.
Do I really have to pay the cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee is obligatory. You can't clean the apartment by yourself. This is a final cleaning, to prepare the apartment for the next client, includes the cleaning of sheets and towels.
Is there a cleaning service during our stay in the apartment?
No, the cleaning fee is for the final cleaning of the apartment. Eventually, for the long stays, we can give you the phone number of a person that could come to clean the apartment for you.
How and when will I get the keys?
We ask you to call us 1 hour before your arrival in Barcelona, if you come by tren or by car. If your are coming by plane, please call us at your arrival at the Barcelona's or Girona's airport. We will then estimate your arrival time and somebody will go to welcome you in front of your apartment's building and to give you the keys.
When can I enter, and when shall I leave the apartment?
Entries must be after 14 h.. Departure must be before 11h. If you have to stay longer, you can call us and in the case we do not have another client to enter the same day, we can allow you to stay a little bit longer.
Who will receive me in the apartment?
At your arrival, the owner of the apartment or somebody of our team will welcome you. We only work with people we really can trust in, to make sure to make of your stay a pleasure and to avoid to you any worry.
Are there extra charges for the gas, electricity or water?
There is no extra charge. The price we indicate to you is the total price for your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel the booking at least 30 days, you give the 90% of pre-payment back. If you cancel the booking less than 30 days, you don't give anything back.
Why should you better choose an apartment than a hotel?
By choosing an apartment, you will get more independence and freedom during your stay. An apartment will allow you to experiment the real Spanish lifestyle. You will become for some days, un Spanish among the others in the town!
Also, the apartments are quite cheaper than the hotels in Barcelona and more practical. And if you are travelling in family or with your friends, the apartment will allow you to be really together during your stay.
What is the requested documentation to make your booking?
When doing your booking by phone, the person you will speak with, will tell you all the documents you will have to send by fax. Usually you'll need at least an official identification document. (Passport nationals identity card for European people).
