Ave Maria Apartment is a pretty duplex apartment located in a typical building of Madrid, in a historical street, 5 to 15 minute walk from main train station and city center. The perfect home down town Madrid, in a very popular, multicultural, young and cool district, close to Reina Sofía Museum, El Prado Museum, El Rastro (Sunday Market), Puerta del Sol, etc. The studio, in a third floor, with no lift but easy stairs, leads out to a yard, so is very calm and sunny. A nice place, easy to hold and keep clean, very well communicated and in a popular area full of bars, restaurants, theatres, etc. All renovated, the studio has two levels, wooden floors and is full furnished:
ü Complete kitchen fully equipped (microwave, vitroceramic stove, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, small household appliances and everything you need to cook), iron, ironing board and washing machine.
ü Complete bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
ü Towels, covers and sheets will be provided.

Apartamento Ave María es un bonito apartamento duplex situado en un edificio típico del Madrid antiguo, se encuentra en una calle histórica, muy cerca de la estación de Atocha y del centro de la ciudad. Un alojamiento perfecto en el centro histórico de Madrid, en un barrio popular, multicultural, joven y vivo, al lado del Museo Reina Sofía, Museo del Prado, El Rastro (domingo de mercado), Puerta del Sol, etc. El apartamento, en un tercer piso sin ascensor pero con escaleras fáciles de subir, se halla en una corrala muy tranquila y soleada. Un lugar agradable, fácil de mantener limpio, muy bien comunicado y en una zona popular llena de bares, teatros, etc. Totalmente renovado, el estudio tiene dos niveles, suelos de madera y está amueblado:
ü Cocina totalmente equipada (microondas, cocina vitrocerámica, frigorífico congelador, cafetera eléctrica, pequeños electrodomésticos y todo lo necesario para cocinar), plancha, tabla de planchar y lavadora.

The apartment is nice. Small air conditioner makes it suitable for different weather conditions. Good location: 1-2 minutes from metro station, supermarket just over corner, 10-15 minutes of walking to many central places. Luis (the apartment owner) always helps with any question or problem. We stayed for 1 week with daughter, enjoyed very much.

The flat is very well located, close to Atocha train station, and the main attractions of te city; Retiro Park, museums, and el Sol.
It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the most important it is very quiet, even though it is in the middle of evverything.
I highly recommned it

Very nice and quiet place in the centre of Madrid. The studio is really beautiful and clean, it has everything u need and it´s very romantic and comfortable. It also has internet which is important if u are a turist in Madrid. The owner is very kind. I highly recommend this place.

This apartment was a better deal than a hotel. Cheaper, cleaner, has a kitchen, a living space, etc. The location was very central. Close to the metro, el Rastro, Reina Sofia Museum, Plaza Mayor, The Prado...we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was new and clean. It is in a very nice and safe building with quiet neighbors. The neighborhood was not touristy, which is a plus. Luis, the owner, was very kind and communicative. If we go back to Madrid, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. This was such a good find.

Even though the flat is not big, it has every little thing one might need. It is ideal for any length of stay and is a great value. Luis has been helpful throughout. Spent a month there and would come back.
