Se alquila desde el 1 de Julio hasta el 30 de Septiembre. La playa está a 20 minutos andando, 5 minutos en autobus. Bidegorri (camino de bicis) en frente de casa. Se puede recorrer todo Donosti en bici, todo llano. 3 habitaciones, 2 camas en cada (la 7ª persona puede dormir en el sofa-cama del salón), salón-comedor, cocina completa (microondas, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, vitrocerámica, plancha, frigorífico y congelador), dos baños, y TV-s. Se incluyen sábanas y toallas de mano. Además de platos, vasos, cubiertos, sartenes, cazuelas.....Existe una cuna portátil (gratis) en caso de necesidad. También tenemos acceso al patio en el que se pueden dejar hasta 7 bicicletas.
Al rededor del apartamento el aparcamiento es gratis y bastante fácil de encontrar (en casi todo San Sebastian sino hay OTA o parking-s, por lo que el coste de tener el coche aparcado varios días puede ser muy alto).

Available since 1st of July until 30th of September. Fresh and nice flat, 15-20 min to the beach on foot or 5-10 minutes by bus (bus stop to 30 m-s from the appartment). There is a very complete net of paths for bykes in the whole San Sebastian. You can use it to go to the center passing by La Kontxa beach. In 15 minutes you'll be in the center. If you can bring bykes, do not hesitate!!
3 rooms, 2 beds in each (the 7th person, can sleep in the sitting room) , 1 sitting-room, complete kitchen (microwave, oven, washing-machine, dish-machine, cooler and freezer, iron), 2 WC, and 3 TV-s. Besides of course, glasses, dishes, frying-pans, stewpans, forks.... Very released and nice area , near the beach, the center of the city, and near a rural area. There is a supermarket in front of the flat. It is a very green area. France is just to 20 Km-s. we may provide with a carrycot in case you need it (for free).
In September, you may go to the famous race of boats in La Concha beach, of the two first week-ends of September, or to the cinema Festival.
Around the apartment, the parkinf is for free and quite very easy to find (in almost the whole San Sebastian you have to pay, and so the cost for having the car parked there for several days may be very high.).
The apartment lets access to another room in which there is plenty of space for 7 bykes.
