The Vall the Orba is situated between the towns of Ondara (to the north), Pedreguer (to the south), Orba (to the west) and Denia (to the east). It is enclosed by mountains on the northern, southern and western side and the eastern side slopes gently to the sea. Ringed by nine villages the central part of Vall the Orba remains unspoilt due to strict building regulations limiting the construction.
The majority of the land in the valley is covered with orange trees, almond trees and olive trees. Water is plentiful with some of the villages having very large commercial wells supplying large areas of the Marina Alta area.
In this villa you will be able to enjoy tranquility in a very private garden. The local area has a plethora of fine dining and country restaurants, to say nothing of the multitude of bars serving tapas. Still, you are only 20 minutes away the centre of the mayor town of Denia, 15 minutes away from the sandy beaches and 10 minutes from the Golf Course 'La Sella'
The cottage has been beautifully restored, the owners have taken great care in preserving the original details. It is tastefully furnished. The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor level, with two bathrooms and one on the second floor, with its own bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a charming living-dining room with fireplace. Outside there is a large barbeque area.
