El proyecto recupera una forma de vida basada en el recreo interior, y se produce una sensación de sorpresa, atravesando el umbral de entrada al patio principal, ajardinado y con un estanque de agua. Fue finalista en los premios de arquitectura FAD de 2002.
The two-bedroom penthouse with a pool, is located in the building of eco-houses promoted by "Bau Ksar", in the historic district of San Luis of Sevilla.
