The apartment and the entire 3 floors house are totally new; furthermore, all the equipment and furnishes inside the apartment are brand new. The apartment counts with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. The bedroom has a double bed, a big wardrobe, a side-bed table and a standing double lamp. The kitchen has all the necessary things, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, etc. There is also a washing machine. The kitchen and the living area are joined together; in the living area there is a sofa, a table with chairs, a TV and a DVD player. The apartment has air conditioning. Smoking inside the apartment should be avoided. The rooftop of the building can be used for drying clothes, enjoying the view and the sun. All the bedding and towels are provided. Minimum stay: 3 nights.

El apartamento cuenta con cuarto de baño, dormitorio, cocina y sala de estar. El dormitorio tiene un gran armario, cama de matrimonio, mesita de noche y lámpara de pie. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario, utensilios de cocina, frigorífico, microondas, lavadora, vajilla, cubertería, etc. La cocina y la sala de estar están unidas; en la sala de estar hay un sofá, una mesa con sillas para comer, una televisión y un reproductor de DVD. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado frío/calor. No se debe de fumar dentro del apartamento. La azotea del edificio es visitable. Ropa de cama y toallas disponibles. Estancia mínima: 3 noches.
