Air-conditioning-heating (except for third bedroom which has a fan). Your own private parking space in the shade, remote controllable gates (complex can only be entered by owners and tenants). Elevator. Large communal garden with beautiful, matured palm trees, swimming pool.
We do not recommend staying with more than 5 persons in the summer, because the 3rd bedroom on the terrace is very warm and has no air-conditioning.
