Gran apartamento cerca de la Plaza de España, Parque de Maria Luisa, se puede ir andando a la Feria. En la esquina hay parada de bus que le dejaria en 5 minutos en el centro historico. En la misma calle hay restaurantes tipicos sevillanos, supermercado.
El apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades para que puedan disfrutar hasta 7 personas de una agradable estancia en nuestra maravillosa ciudad.
El precio incluye ropa de cama, toallas y limpieza.

Está muy bien situado, barrio tranquilo, justo enfrente supermercado y restaurantes con comida tipica sevillana. Los dueños muy agradables y disponibles. Nos encantaria volver a este fabuloso apartamento en Sevilla.

"A good value. 4 bedrooms, two baths,living room, kitchen, foyer. The owner Juan Pedro is delightful and very accomodating,also speaks English. One bathroom had a wonderful rain shower head. The living room and one bedroom was air-conditioned and all rooms had overhead fans so keeping cool in all the rooms was no problem in June. The apartment was very convenient on the first floor and very quiet and all the rooms had outside metal shutters which kept the rooms dark to sleep in late if you want, which was a nice feature. Location was great. We had a rental car that we parked for free right in front of the apartment on the street, but we never needed the car since right on the corner was the bus stop to anywhere in the main city and for 4 Eu. you get 10 rides..really cheap. Only 10 minute ride to the center of Seville. Or you could walk to one of several parks about 10 minutes away. Right across from the apartment is a fresh seafood restaurant that is excellent and not very expensive, unassunming outside but inside very nice decor with an outdoor veranda. And the fish is fresh on ice. Also across the street is the wonderful grocery market, a cafe, and several banks to exchange money which I highly recommed doing. Better exchange rate at the teller machines than anything else we tried. Use your debit card only for the best exchange rate at these machines. I highly recommend this apartment."

The apartment was very neat and clean. The owners were friendly and accomodating. The kitchen was functional and well-supplied. We comfortably slept 6 people; the bathrooms were neat, clean and convenient with shampoo and other amenities included. The neighborhood was quiet with a great restaurant across the road. A ten minute cab or bus ride to the center of town... 15 minute walk to the park. I would highly recommend this apartment as comfortable accomodations

Appartamento a piano terra, comodo e ben attrezzato a soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro città. Supermercato ben fornito, caffè e ristorante di fronte e farmacia nelle adiacenze e a pochi metri l'ospedale della città.Proprietario simpatico e cordiale. Giudizio globale più che positivo.Siviglia è deliziosa ed è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere con solo un'ora di macchina Huelva, un'ora e mezza Cordova(da non perdere) e Malaga, e due ore Granada(prenotate i biglietti per l'Alambra perchè non sono sempre disponibili).

Lovely apartment, very close to city centre, 20 min walk through park or 5 mins by bus from end of road. Excellent restaurant opposite, very quiet. Lovely and clean, felt like home from home. Owners extreamly helpful and available

Nos encanto el apartamento, todo muy limpio, acogedor, comodo. Con aparcamiento gratis. Muy bien situado cerca de la Plaza de España. Los dueños muy amables y simpaticos. Volveremos en nuestras vacaciones en agosto y ya lo tenemos reservado.
