Apartamento de un dormitorio muy luminoso, ventilado y muy espacioso 53m2 interior y terraza privada grande de 47m2 con fantasticas vistas al mar. El apartamento esta orientado al sur, por lo que disfruta de sol todo el dia, desde por la mañana hasta el atardecer. Geniales puestas de sol garantizadas!!!. El apartamento esta amueblado y el dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio. La cocina americana esta totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y electrodomesticos. El apartamento esta equipado con tv por satelite, dvd, ventilador, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar, video portero, ventanas de doble cristal, puerta de entrada blindada y pisos de gres con efecto marmol. Jardin y piscina comunitaria. Ascensor y acceso para minusvalidos. Aparcamiento gratuito en la calle.
La playa esta a 3 minutos caminando del apartamento. El supermercado, tiendas de alimentos, bares, restaurantes, banco, internet + punto WI FI, peluqueria, etc a 50-100 metros. El paseo maritimo les llevara a las reservas naturales, que son populares para paseos, senderismo y jogging. Desde alli podra disfrutar de las excelentes vistas del puerto de Los Cristianos y el Teide en todo su esplendor.
El Palm Mar es una urbanizacion elegante, exclusiva, tranquila y privilegiada, al suroeste de Tenerife, entre dos espacios naturales protegios y el mar. Siendo el Palm Mar 100% residencial, hoteles, discotecas y excesivo trafico no estan permitidos. Ideal para aquellos que deseen estar cerca de todo pero no en el mismo centro de las zonas turisticas. El Palm Mar esta al lado de las zonas turisticas de Los Cristianos y Las Americas y a tan solo 10 minutos en coche, al igual que el aeropuerto Tenerife Sur. El Palm Mar esta vigilado las 24 horas por una empresa privada de seguridad, ademas de la policia local del municipio.
Para los entusiastas y fanaticos del golf, Golf Los Palos esta a tan solo 2-3 minutos en coche del apartamento. Amarilla Golf, Golf del Sur, Golf las Americas y Costa de Adeje Golf, al igual que deportes y actividades acuaticas, aguaparks, hipica, jardines y zoologicos, pueblos pesqueros, excursiones, etc etc etc a tan solo 10-15 minutos en coche.
El precio por noche es un precio medio dependiendo de la fecha. Llegada cualquier dia. Deposito requerido. Se aceptan animales domesticos pequeños con previo aviso. Fumar esta solo permitido en la terraza y no dentro del apartamento.

Fantásticas fueron mis vacaciones. El sitio es guapísimo, las vistas dan una calma absoluta, el lugar es silencioso, muy tranquilo para descansar. Disfrute de la terraza y el sol, de la piscina, y de la comodidad del apartamento.. Un piso muy practico y cálido, confortable, luminoso y fresco. El entorno precioso para caminar y pasear. Unas vacaciones estupendas, sin lugar a dudas. No nos faltó de nada!

The view is great, the terrace is huge and wonderful. The pool is very
nice. The kitchen is perfect and just the right amount of plates, pots
and pans, glasses and silverware.
I loved Tenerife and especially loved the apartment. I will be
recommending the Island and the apartment to anyone thinking about

We had a great time. The sun terrace is fabulous ! ! The apartment was also good. Your photos on the website don't do it justice !
Palm Mar was just exactly what we were were looking for ! We wanted to get right away from the hurly-burly, noise, bright lights, etc. It was so restful. We loved it ! !
We would recommend the apartment to family, friends, etc. We loved Palm Mar and as it develops it can only improve !

The apartment was exceptional, really enjoyed the tranquility of the area and and had some nice food in the cafe next to superbar.
We enjoyed finding our way up the cliffs and had great walks through Guaza and a high speed cycle down into Los Christianos.
Also really enjoyed Las Galletas and had a lovely day in La Laguna.

Estas vacaciones eran muy interesantes. Fuimos a la playa, visitando y subiendo al Teide, ver al granadero de Icod de los vinos…fuimos tambien a los cristianos por la montana détras del apartamento. Que bonito paysage !! Recomiendo el apartamento y los propietarios son sinpaticos. Estamos muy satifechos.

Pal Mar is very nice and was just what we wanted(peace and quiet). It is also very safe.The apartment was excellent,very modern and with plenty of space and a huge balcony .The views out to sea and across to Gomera were superb. The pool was super and very quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at your apartment, it was just as described and the large terrace was great. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and everything in the apartment worked. The apartment was well furnished and spacious ideal for our needs. It was very clean and well kept. I loved the terrace and we spent many an hour on there looking at the sea. Bueno, sobre el piso tengo que decirte que fuimos totalmente satisfechos por el estado de limpieza, de situacion con la vista al mar y de la tranquilidad del edificio. Palmar es realmente un sitio priviligiado por su tranquilidad, su entorno palmero muy agradable y sin duda recomendaria de alquiler tu piso a cualquiera persona que quiere pasar un buen rato de vacaciones en tenerife.

Es una zona residencial lejos del ruido de bares, olores de comidas, muy buenas instalaciones, limpieza absoluta tanto en la urbanización como en el apartamento. muy recomendable.
Solamente una pequeña sugerencia: poner televisión satelite.

El apartamento es confortable, cuidado, hogareño. La comunidad es tranquila, no hay ruidos, Ideal para descansar, relajarse y pasear. Buena comunicación con coche. We'd like to say how very much we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was very well equipped and beautifully clean. It was also very nice to have books and DVD's to choose from. The large terrace was lovely - we spent most of our time there enjoying the sunshine and the views.

La ubicación es ideal , cercana a cualquier punto de interes , el estado de conservación es impecable ya que es nuevo, la terraza maravillosa con unas vistas fantasticas, la tranquilidad es extraordinaria, este apartamento es ideal para cualquier persona, pero para una pareja que quiera desconectar de sus preocupaciones y relajarse, es lo mejor que pueden encontrar.

Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The apartment sun terrace and the views were brilliant ( very large terrace and not overlooked ). Palm Mar is ideal for a quiet restful holiday - definitely not for the disco crowd which is an advantage. The location of the apartment was great being so close to restaurants. I should imagine in the future Palm Mar will become even more popular.

The apartment was ideal for our holiday. We were able to immediately relax and enjoy the apartment, the balcony and the view - the wonderful weather was a bonus. The flat itself was spotless and had all the furnishings and equipment needed for a hassle free break.

La estancia en Tenerife ha sido fantástica, gracias al apartamento que elegimos. Está completamente amueblado, limpio y muy bien decorado. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario. Dispone también de dvd. La terraza es una pasada y la piscina inmejorable, siempre limpia. El dueño es super amable. Lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Seguro que volvemos!

Es como pone en el anuncio,un apartamento estupendo para unas buenas vacaciones... el entorno es muy tranquilo y no hay nada de ruido, la limpieza es muy buena asi como las vistas... lo que mas me gusto fue, la pedazo de terraza que tiene y que los propietarios son de trato muy agradable y familiar. En definitiva he pasado unas vacaciones inolvidables y sin dudarlo volveria a repetir.

The apartment was better than we expected and every thing was clean and worked. All equipment ,in good working order. We were glad to have the use of a fan as the evenings were hot. The sun terrace and sea view magnificent . We would certainly recommend it and give it 5 stars ! When we are visiting Palm Mar again I hope it is available for rental.

We found the apartment and followed the instructions that were given which were spot on for an evening arrival in the dark. The apartment was wonderful, new,nicely decorated, clean and fresh, thank you for supplying the clean bath, beach and tea towels very handy. All appliances worked. The sun terrace was fantastic, south facing with all day sunshine and wonderful sea view sunset in the evening. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. Thank you!!!

It was very clean and tidy when we arrived and we found that it had just about everything we needed to be able to entertain ourselves and to cook some nice meals. Having a washing machine and iron came in very handy, as did the DVD player and the selection of films! We found the location in Palm Mar to be quiet and peaceful from the hubub of the main centre of Los Cristianos. With the south-facing sun terrace we simply stayed and sunbathed there: we didn't go to the beach once! If we fancied a dip we used the pool, which was clean and quiet. In the evening there are a number of pleasent restaurants close by, though we did tend to travel further afield to experience genuine "local" food. Many thanks for you help in making our week over the Xmas break so memorable.

The apartment is perfectly furnished, very clean, comfortable and well situated. The sun terrace is great, the flowers you have on the terrace were very nice as well and the view from the terrace is good, especially when the sun goes down. The terrace though was a wonderful place to relax. Everything worked fine, it was nice having a few dvds to watch too. Palm Mar is nice, quiet, some good and friendly restaurants and easy to get around to other areas from. I would be happy to recommend the apartment to others looking for a similar holiday.

pues lo hemos pasado muuy bien. que penita que ya acabó. hemos hecho casi todas las excursiones que nos dijiste y muy bien. El apartamento ha estado perfecto para lo que queriamos y no nos ha faltado nada. Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento y tiene de todo, ademas la relación calidad-precio es buena. El apartamento fue muy comodo, tenia todo lo que se puede necesitar, no faltaba nada. Estaba limpio y sobre todo estaba en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa. La terraza esta muy grande y se puede desayunar y comer siempre fuera. Recomandamos el apartamento a todos por una buenas vacaciones.

When we entered the apartment I thought "wow" and I was so glad that I booked your apartment for our holiday. The apartment was spotless, spacious, tastefully decorated, and it had all the utilities that you need for your holiday and everything was in good working order. We both loved the large sun terrace, no fighting for sun beds here, or having to go down early to put your towels out. We had sunshine from approximately 12 noon until eight at night and it was absolutely brilliant!!! It was great being able to look out from the terrace towards the sea at the clear blue sky and the terriffic view. Palm Mar offers you a peaceful, relaxing holiday and yes we would definately like to recommend and return to Palm Mar sometime in the future. It was very good value!!

Nos ha encantado la estancia en este apartamento, todo impecable, luminoso, comodísimo a pesar de ir con niños pequeños. La terraza nos encantó, sobre todo las puestas de sol, las cenas al aire libre, Las noches estrelladas y el escuchar los grillos. La piscina está muy bien y los niños dizfrutaron mucho en la pequeña. La zona es tranquilísima. Justo lo que andabamos buscando.Repetiremos!!

Eran nuestras primeras vacaciones después de mucho tiempo y las hemos disfrutado al máximo. El apartamento, el sitio y la comunicación en todo momento con el propietario,que nos facilitó enormemente la estancia, han hecho que volvamos con las pilas cargadas; sobre todo el niño, que disfrutó muchísimo con las instalaciones y los lugares de alrededor.
