Double room in a beautiful apartment on the 3 rd floor of a building serviced by one elevator. Bright, sunny, cosy and cheerful, with: a very big double room with balcony (bed: 140 cm).
The apartment is provided with internet (ADSL), television, DVD player/radio, iron and ironing board. It has a central heating and air condition. The kitchen is very shining and well-equipped with, oven, microwave, freezer, etc, and is supplied with pots, cutlery and crockery. It also has two big bathrooms and a confortable living room with a cheaslonge.
Metro tube station of “Palos de la Frontera" is less than two minutes to the apartment, Atocha Renfe Central Train Station and Delicias tube are also close to the apartment, which gives easy access to all of Madrid and most famous tourist attractions, and Sol (epicentre of Madrid).
Stay minimun: 30 days.

Habitación doble muy bien iluminada con armario empotrado y conexión a INTERNET. Incluye gastos de agua, gas y luz.
Está en un bonito piso totalmente equipado y amueblado, lavadora,microndas, freidora electrica, frigorífico, etc; tv, dvd, aire acondicionado, baño completo y aseo. Zona segura,tranquila y muy bien comunicada: 10 líneas de autobús, metro y cercanías. A 5 min. de Sol, de Estac. de trenes Atocha, de Museos del Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen y Parque del Retiro.
ATENCIÓN:
PRECIO EN TEMPORADA ALTA: +20%.-
(PUENTES Y FESTIVOS, NAVIDAD, SEMANA SANTA).
Un deposito de 300 € será pagado a la llegada, y reembolsado a la salida.
CONDICIONES DEL ALQUILER:
Proveemos de sabanas, mantas y toallas. Salida a las 10 de la mañana, y entrada después de las 16:00 horas hasta las 20:00 horas. Confirmación de la reserva previo pago del depósito (20 % del precio total).
ESTANCIA MINIMA: 30 noches.
