The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with dining area and sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. TV, CD/radio.
There are 3 restaurants on the complex (2 open all year round), A new golf course, Veneziola Golf next door with it's own bar/club house.
Across the road is the Mar Menor beach with beach bar, childrens' play area, 2 supermarkets, panaderia (bread shop), a number of restaurants and bars.
About 3 kilometres from the apartment is the marina, Puerto Tomas Maestre,
with a large shopping centre, lots of different restaurants (Spanish, French, Mexican, Norwegian, Italian, pizzerias) and bars, banks and other services. There is also a ferry service taking you across the Mar Menor to Santiago de la Ribeira.
