Nice and Cosy 2 Double Private Rooms in a shared apartment, 5 minutes walking from the centre of Barcelona (Las Ramblas), to rent for large or short periods.
The rooms are indipendent from the rest of the apartment your privacy is guaranteed! There is a big sharing bathroom, the kitchen is not included!
The apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in Sant Antoni district, one of the most famous place of Barcelona, full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transports (Buses and Metros).
We offer a perfect place for a single person, a couple, a family or a group of friends visiting this amazing city. 4 people maximum.
Price for one room:
-15€/night for 1 person (1 Nov. - 31 Feb.)
-20€/night for 1 person (1 Mar. - 31 Apr.) / (1 Oct. - 31 Oct.)
-25€/night for 1 person (1 May - 31 Jun.) / (1 Sept. - 31 Sept.)
-30€/night for 1 person (1 Jul.- 31 Aug.)
(15€/night for each extra person)
Is included in the price:
- Expenses of light and water;
- WIFI;
- Sheets;
- Towels;
• To reserve is required a Deposit of 50€. This deposit will be kept until your departure, and then returned to you in full.
• Cleaning Fee: 15€

Alquilamos 2 habitaciones privadas bonitas y acojedoras en un piso compartido, a 5 minutos del centro de Barcelona (Las Ramblas) en alquiler por estancias cortas y largas.
Las habitaciones son indipendientes del resto del piso, vuestra privacy esta garantizada! Hay un lavabo muy grande compartido, el uso de la cocina no esta incluido!
El piso (terzero con ascensor) se encuentra en el Barrio de Sant Antoni, uno de los mas autenticos lugares de Barcelona. La zona es muy tranquila y tipica, cerca de supermercados, abiertos hasta la media noche, medios de transportes publicos (autobuses y metros), bares y cafes.
Ofrecemos un lugar perfecto para una persona sola , una pareja, una familia o un grupo de amigos. Disponible hasta 4 personas maximo.
Precio por habitacion:
-15€/noche 1 persona (1 Nov.- 31 Feb.)
-20€/noche 1 persona (1 Mar.- 31 Abr.) / (1 Oct.- 31 Oct.)

Questo posto è perfetto, tranquillo, centrale e pulito. Inoltre i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo passato 5 giorni meravigliosi risparmiando molto grazie all'affitto di questa stanza cosi economica! Grazie

The room is quite small but very cosy, perfect for quality/price! we spent a perfect holidays! the hosts are so kind, thank you guys! Very quiet during the night and the area is very nice.
