It includes water expenses, gas, fixed telephone (national and local calls); Internet ADSL and light. Cuisine with microwave, refrigerator, tv, dvd.
Zone Sure, very calm and very well communicated zone: 8 lines of bus, 2 lines of Meter(Underground) and mouth of train of surroundings. To 5 min. of Sun, of Central Estation trains Atocha, of Prado Museums, Reina Sofía, Thyssen and Park of the Retiro.
CONDITIONS OF THE RENT:
Fianza: 300 €(refundable at departure).
Minimum is rented 30 days. The price includes VAT We provide of sheets, blankets and towels.
Arrival after 16:00 until 20:00, and got out at the 10 am. Confirmation of the reservation(reserve) previous payment of the warehouse(deposit) (20 % of the total price).
MINIMAL STAY: Holy Week and Christmas, minimal stay: 30 nights. Bridges and Festive: They are rented complete.

Piso con microondas, frigorífico, tv, dvd. Zona segura,muy tranquila y muy bien comunicada: 8 líneas de autobús, 2 lineas de Metro y boca de tren de cercanías. A 5 min. de Sol, de Estac. de trenes Atocha, de Museos del Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen y Parque del Retiro.
CONDICIONES DEL ALQUILER:
Un depósito de 300€ se pagará a la llegada y será reembolsado a la salida.-
ATENCIÓN:
PRECIO EN TEMPORADA ALTA: +20%.-
(PUENTES Y FESTIVOS, NAVIDAD, SEMANA SANTA).
ESTANCIA MINIMA:
Semana Santa y Navidad, estancia mínima: 30 noches.
