Are the linen and towels included in the total price?

How much do I have to pay to definitively book the apartment?
To make sure we can keep the apartment for you, , we ask a deposit of 200€, that we refund you.

Is the cleaning fee obligatory?
The cleaning fee is obligatory. This is just a final cleaning, to prepare the apartment for the next client, includes the cleaning of sheets and towels. Cleaning fee: 30€

How and when will I get the keys?
We ask you to call us at  your arrival in Barcelona, if you come by tren by car or by pane.. We will then estimate your arrival time and a person will go to welcome you in front of your apartment's building and to give you the keys.

Who will receive me in the apartment?
At your arrival, the owner of the apartment or somebody of our team will welcome you.

Are there extra charges for the gas, electricity or water?
There is no extra charge. There are extra charge just in case you book more of 7 days.

What is the requested documentation to make your booking?

When doing your booking by phone, the person you will speak with, will tell you all the documents you will have to send by fax. Usually you'll need at least an official identification document. (Passport nationals identity card for European people).
