Apartment is 400 metres from the Ramblas, 300 metres from the contemporary art centres www.cccb.org and www.macba.es 

 

1) ENGLISH VERSION

3 bedrooms, lounge with balcony and double doors, kitchen, bathroom.

 

Fujitsu Air conditioner.

Not many stairs.

Main bedroom is shown in first two photos. 2nd colour TV in this bedroom, stereo, with FM radio; you can connect the DVD unit and watch films in bed !.  Double glazed.

Bedroom 2 also has a colour TV with built in DVD player. Double glazed.

Furnished apartment, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 TVs with remote control+text, DVD, some DVDs, Hi-Fi (Sanyo), infant cot, plates, iron, ironing board, pans etc etc. 

Close to metro line line 3 at Liceu (centre of the Rambla) and the station Sant Antoni on line 2. The apartment is a short walk from Plaza Catalunya, which is the last stop of the express bus from the airport (only costs 4.05 Euros).

Very handy for local cafes and bars such as Muy Buenas (modernist bar/café, 200 metres) and Almirall (300mts), and www.ratown.com , www.dostrece.net , www.carmelitas.biz (trendy bars/cafes/restaurants) which are in many guide books.

 

 

If includes Fri or Sat or Sunday night and only 3 nights and more than 2 weeks till arrival then +10 Euros/night. 

 

Max. number of people, 4, 5 or 6, depends on the details and age of the group. 6 males of 18 years old is not possible

(Normal late booking discounts. If enquiry date  is < 2 weeks or < 3 weeks from arrival date then perhaps there may be a price discount. please ask. Only 1 type of discount per reservation. Perhaps no discount from the price for 1, 2 people or during La Mercé festival, holiday times like New Year, Easter, SONAR...... )

just bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 (and use of apartment). (1-4 people same price) 50 Euros/night.

....from your work/company e-mail address then normally no advance payment is needed, pay at arrival.

  

100 Euros during rental deposit if working full time and flying in and out, against any breakages etc ; money is repaid on the last day of your stay on returning the keys.  
For young people, single sex groups or students the deposit could be higher.

2) VERSIÓN CASTELLANO

3 habitaciones, salon con balon (puertes dobles) , cocina, quarto de baño.

 

Amueblado, lavadora, nivera/congelador, tele (con mando de control y texto), DVD, DVDs, Hi-Fi (midi), 2nd TV con mando, cama de bebe, platos, casseroles, etc etc .

Con aire condicionador, Fujitsu.

Pocas escaleras.

Es cerca metro linea 3 a Liceu y linea 2 estacion St Antoni.  Y pocos minutos caminando a Plaza Universidad y Plaza Catalunya.

El piso tiene capacidad de 5-6 personnas.
El habitacion con balcon tiene una cama doble, el segundo habitacion tiene 2 camas sencillas y la tercera habitacion tiene 2 camas sencillas.

 

Hay muchas cafes/bares muy buenos muy cerca, como Muebles Navarro y Almirall (el mas viejo de BCN) que son dentro libros de guia, por ejemplo Timeout.com

Incluido es uso normal de electricidad, aqua y gas.

Reservar desde su direcion electronico de trabajo y normalmente no tienes que tienes nada en adelante, pagas cuando llegas.

Hay una fianza de 100 Euros a pagar, como seguridad, si llegas/saldras en avion, devolvido el ultimo dia cuando devolves las llaves.

Meget nemt, hvis man vil besøge lokale cafeer og barer såsom Muebles Navarro (100m) og Almirall (300 m) som er at finde i mange guide-bøger. timeout.com
