It is an excellent option with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, and a stove. There is a small living room with a TV AND INTERNET ADSL CONECTION and air conditioning and a homely dining room next to it. The main bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The second room has 2 bunk beds. The fifth bed is a sofa. It is located on the first floor in a quiet and sophisticated neighborhood.
This apartment is in a great location, only 20m away from Retiro Park. It is situated between Ibiza and Principe de Vergara metro stations. It is 5 minutes walking from Cibeles and Puerta de Alcala, Madrid's major landmarks.
Appartement standing, récemment remeublé et décoré de manière à rendre votre séjour le plus confortable possible. Très bel appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée dans un quartier résidentiel chic et calme, il peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée (machine à laver, micro-onde, frigidaire, four…). Il y a un petit salon ainsi qu’une petite salle à manger à coté. Il y a également l’air conditionné et une TV.
