El apartamento Amaniel II tiene una habitación doble con aire acondicionado. La ventana da a un patio por lo que resulta tranquila. En cambio el salón, que está en el otro extremo de la vivienda, tiene un balcón que da a la calle lo que le hace más luminoso. La cocina está junto al salón, y el cuarto de baño está en la habitación.

El apartamento está situado en la zona de Conde Duque, junto a la plaza de Comendadoras y el Centro Cultural Conde Duque, en la calle Amaniel. La Gran Vía o el Palacio Real están a 5 minutos andando.

Como en el resto de nuestros apartamentos, el apartamento Amaniel II dispone de teléfono para recibir llamadas, una cocina completamente equipada, y los servicios opcionales de limpieza diaria, chófer, o parking, este último servicio según disponibilidad.

The Amaniel II flat has a double bedroom with conditioned air. The window looks on a patio which makes the flat very quiet. On the other hand the living room which is at the other side of the apartment, has a balcony which looks on the street that makes it brighter. The kitchen is next to the living room, and the bathroom is in the bedroom.

The flat is in the Conde Duque area, next to the plaza de Comendadoras and the Conde Duque Cultural Center, in the Amaniel Street, very near the Amaniel I apartment. The walking distance to "Gran Vía" or Royal Palace is 5 minutes.

As for our other apartments, the Amaniel II one has a telephone to receive phone calls, an entirely equipped kitchen, and optional services such as daily cleaning, chauffeuring service or parking, this very service being possible according to availability.

L’appartement Amaniel II comprend une chambre double avec air conditionné. La fenêtre donne sur un patio ce qui en fait un appartement tranquille. En revanche, le salon qui se trouve à l’autre extrémité de la résidence, comporte un balcon qui donne sur la rue ce qui le rend plus lumineux. La cuisine est juste à côté du salon, et la sa salle de bain se trouve dans la chambre.

L’appartement est situé dans la zone de Conde Duque, juste à côté de la plaza de Comendadoras et du Centre Culturel Conde Duque, dans la rue Amaniel, très proche de l’appartement Amaniel I.

Comme pour le reste de nos appartements, l’appartement Amaniel II dispose d’un téléphone pour recevoir des appels, d’une cuisine entièrement équipée, et de services optionnels de nettoyage quotidien, chauffeur ou parking, ce dernier service étant possible selon les disponibilités.
