Ich vermiete meine eigene Wohnung einige Tage pro Monat an Touristen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Goya / Salamanca, dem exklusivsten Innenstadtviertel von Madrid.
In der Nähe befinden sich die besten Einkaufsstrassen wir Goya, Hermosilla, Velázquez und Serrano. Es gibt viele Bars, Kneipen und Cafés in der Nähe.
Es kreuzen sich hier zwei Metro-Linien (2 und 4). 3 Haltestellen bis Banco de España.
Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock (mit Aufzug). Die Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren renoviert und ist sehr hell und ruhig (mit Blick auf einen riesigen Innenhof).
Die Wohnung hat 2 kleine Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
Preise für 1 - 2 Personen: 60 Euro / 3 - 4 Personen: 80 Euro jeweils pro Nacht.
