I deposit of 300 € (short stays) will be paid to the arrival, and refunded in the check-out.

Description of the district: Multicultural place of Zone of bars (Alonso MArtínez). Closely together of the Puerta del Sol (heart of Madrid and the emblematic point but of the city, with narrow streets full of people, stores, bars and academies) 10 minutes walking!!.
A few minutes: it's in a commercial zone and of step, with buildings and emblematic zones of the capital, like the Museums of the Prado, Museum Thyssen, Museum Reina Sofía (Art Modern) and Park of the Retiro. They abound all type with breweries, old coffe-bar and tascas.-

Apartamento muy céntrico !!! , totalmente amueblado y equipado con calefacción. A 10 min. caminando de Sol, Huertas, Callao, Gran Vía y cerca de los Museos del Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen y Parque del Retiro.
Autobuses: varias líneas , Metro: Alonso MArtínez (linea 5, Linea 10 y línea 4) . Muy buena ubicación.
Para estancias mayores a 1 mes o mas se hacen grandes descuentos.

Agua caliente - Calefaccion de gas natural.
Aviso: para estancias de 1 mes o mas, el consumo de agua (cargo fijo de 10 euros/mes) y electricidad (fijo de 35 euros/mes) no esta incluido.
CONDICIONES DEL ALQUILER:
Se alquila mínimo 7 días. El precio incluye IVA
Las facturas de electricidad y agua estan incluidas.
Proveemos de sabanas, mantas y toallas.
Check-out: hasta las 11 de la mañana, y Check-in: de 16:00 horas hasta las 20:00 horas.
Confirmación de la reserva previo pago del depósito (20 % del precio total).
ESTANCIA MINIMA:
Semana Santa y Navidad, estancia mínima: 7 noches.
Puentes y Festivos: Se alquilan completos
