Realmente situado en plena Puerta del Sol, en el KM 0 de Madrid, podemos decir que su emplazamiento es inigualable. Con la mejor comunicación gracias a las multiples lineas de autobus y metro, realmente para moverte por el centro de la ciudad sólo tienes que caminar algunos minutos para visitar los puntos más interesantes de la ciudad, tanto los museos y enclaves culturales (Prado, Thyssen, Caixa Forum, Reina Sofía, Palacio Real...) como las zonas comerciales y de ocio de la Gran Vía, de la vida nocturna y tapas, en Latina o Chueca.
