A very cute apartment of 55 m2 with 2 bedrooms, located in the heart of the Raval neighbourhood, just 10 minutes walk to the famous "Las Ramblas" and short distance from most of the tourist attractions of the old city of Barcelona. The apartment is 5th floor (no elevator!) in a typical old building and enjoy plenty of natural sun light as well as very quiet. It has one double bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. The living room is specious and very comfortable. The kitchen is opened to the living room and it is completely equipped. There is 1 bathroom with shower. Also there is an access to the terrace of the building. Although the entrance of the building and the stairs are quite old the apartment itself is in perfect condition as it was renovated recently.
The apartment is equipped with TV, DVD player, dish washer, microwave and a safe is also available.
