Bathroom:  Bath, shower, toilet, sink & bidet in white.
Bathroom 2: Shower, sink and toilet, glass mirror with lights
Bedroom 1:  Double bed with fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets, 2 lamps, patio doors onto balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds with fitted wardrobes and patio doors onto balcony with sea views
Outside: Balcony with fabulous sea views, Communal pool with childrens splash pool, park and tennis courts.

Short term lets:

A booking deposit of 30% of rental is required (non refundable) to be paid by Cash, Euro cheque or bank transfer.

A security deposit is required (bond), 300 € for a 2 bedroom. (RETURNED ON DAY OF DEPARTURE)

The final payment can be made on day of arrival in cash at the Houseproud office with the security deposit
                         
Guest cannot enter the property before 3pm and must leave by 10am on day of departure.
                        
Late arrival callout charge - 35€ (after 8pm)

Para reservar, Vd. Debe pagar el 30% del alquiler, en efectivo, cheque o transferencia bancaria.

Además, Vs. Debe entregar un deposito de seguridad (fianza) de 300€ por uno de 2 dormitorios (VUELTA DIA SALIDA)

El pago final y la fianza serán pagados en efectivo en la oficina de Houseproud a la llegada de Vds. (en efectivo)

Podrán entrar en las casa a partir de las 15.00 horas y deberán salir antes de las 10.00 horas.

En caso de que lleguen después de las 20.00 horas deberán pagar un extra de 35€.
