It is surrounded by, historical buildings, restaurants, tapas bars traditional shops and parks. Ideal for business executives and visitors to Madrid. The apartment is on the sixth floor of a building with two elevators and a door man, central heating. Idéal pour parcourir à pied des lieux d'intérêt touristique et historique (Place de l'Espagne, Palais royal, Place Mayor, Porte du Soleil, Opère, musées, etc.), et seulement 1 minute tu as les rues "Grand Via” et "Princesa", pleines de cinémas, théâtres, restaurants et magasins de prestige, par où il passe un bus qui fait un parcours touristique par toute la ville. Dès les fenêtres de l’appartement, en plus de la Place de l'Espagne vous pouvez regarder la zone verte plus grande de la ville: à gauche tu trouves les jardins du Palais Royal : "Sabatini" et "Campo del Moro", et à droite tu trouves le "Temple de Debod" et le "Parc de l'Ouest", où tu pourras prendre teleférico depuis lequel on voit toute la ville en traversant la "Casa de Campo".
