El Apartamento está ubicado en el barrio de Gros, en un edificio con ascensor y es perfecto para disfrutar de la Playa de Zurriola, y en general de toda la ciudad. El espectacular Palacio de Congresos del Kursaal está a un paso del apartamento, a 5 minutos de la Parte Vieja y sus famosos bares de pintxos.
Partiendo desde el apartamento se pueden realizar pequeños paseos de ensueño, como el del Monte Urgull, el Paseo Nuevo, mágico con la bravura del Mar Cantábrico como decorado, a través del cual se llega al puerto de pescadores y de ahí nuevamente a la Parte Vieja en un precioso recorrido circular.
Gros es el barrio más dinámico y en boga de la ciudad, con excelentes bares de pintxos, pubs, conciertos, y por supuesto el surf, actividad que define su carácter.

Zurriola Apartment is just a few blocks from Zurriola, the beach that borders the neighbourhood of Gros.
This comfortable spacious and modern apartment has been completely renovated and boasts hard wood floors.
The apartment is equipped with a modern, fully-fitted kitchen and two new bathrooms, both with shower.
Zurriola comprises three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds and the third, a sofa bed.
The apartment is located in a building with elevator in the neighbourhood of Gros, the perfect location for enjoying Zurriola beach and the rest of the city. The spectacular Kursaal convention centre and concert hall is a five-minute walk from the apartment, and just beyond that, the Old Town and its famous ‘pintxo’ bars.
Right from the doorstep are some fabulous walks. Head to the Old Town and up Urgull for fantastic views, or watch the waves crashing on the Bay of Biscay as you walk along the Paseo Nuevo seaside promenade to the fishing port and back to the Old Town.
Gros is the citys most dynamic and popular neighbourhood, boasting excellent tapa bars, pubs, concert venues, and of course, surfing, the neighbourhoods number one sport.
