El Apartamento Kursaal se haya ubicado junto al espectacular palacio de congresos del mismo nombre y justo en frente de la mayor playa de San Sebastián, la Playa de la Zurriola, playa surfera por excelencia.

Gros es el barrio más dinámico y en boga de la ciudad, con excelentes bares de pintxos, pubs, conciertos, y por supuesto el surf, actividad que define su personalidad. Como se puede comprobar en el mapa, el apartamento es perfecto para conocer la ciudad a pie; a tan sólo unos pocos metros de la Parte Vieja o de la zona comercial del área romántica.

A pie está tan solo a 5 minutos de otra playa, la más conocida, la Playa de la Concha y permite hacer paseos de ensueño como el del Monte Urgull, el Paseo Nuevo, mágico con la bravura del Mar Cantábrico como decorado, a través del cual se llega al puerto de pescadores y de ahí nuevamente a la Parte Vieja en un precioso recorrido circular.

The Kursaal apartment stands next to the spectacular Kursaal Conference Centre and just opposite the largest beach in San Sebastian, the Zurriola beach, a favourite among surfers.

Gros is the most dynamic and fashionable district in the city, with excellent tapas bars, pubs, concerts... and of course surfing, the area’s top attraction. As you can see on the map, the apartment is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot; just a few metres from the Old Quarter and the shopping zone in the romantic area.

On foot its just 5 minutes from the city’s best known beach, the Concha, with enchanting walks like Mount Urgull. Or you can take a circular route, following the Paseo Nuevo against the magical backdrop of the wild Cantabrian Sea, round to the fishing harbour and from there back to the Old Quarter.

The apartment is in a fully refurbished building. It is decorated with quality furniture and is very comfortable.
