Nice and quiet apartment in the heart of Eixample district. The apartment has parquet floor in the entire apartment except the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom has one small bath tube. The kitchen is entirely equipped and will allow you to cook as if you were at home.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobe. Three of them are single. They are all given in an interior patio. The double bedroom is on the street side and is really bright, such as the living-room. The living-room has one round table with 5 chairs. There’s also a sofa to rest meantime you’re watching tv.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with lift and intercom.

The apartment ROSELLO II is ideally located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district, the central modernist architecture area for which Barcelona is so famous. It’s closed to one of the most important hospital in Barcelona: Hospital Clínic.

Its central location, between the most trendiest and sophisticated avenue of the city - Paseo de Gracia, which is full of fashionable shops and restaurants, and the Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia Cathedral offers guests easy access on foot to most central Barcelona sites as the famous Gaudi’s buildings as the Pedrera and the Batlló house.
