Nice cosy flat right in the historical town center of Granada, San Agustín st., in front of a public car park and the town market. The building has just been re-built and the furniture and kitchen are brand new. Elevator available, air condition, wooden floor, one bedroom with double size bed, complete kitchen and bathroom. The cathedral is 50 metres distant and therefore the old town center. No car needed to visit the main monuments of Granada. You can rent per days, weeks .... Prices are 60€/day, 390€/week. All expenses included. . |

Soy de los EEUU y me quedé con una amiga en ese piso para cuatro noches y nos encantó, estuvo realmente muy lindo y los dueños son muy amables. Vale la pena para el precio que es un lugar muy bien ubicado con todo lo que necesites para pasarlo bien en Granada.

My girlfriend and I spend 3 perfect days in Grenada. The flat is very nice and clean. The owner were also very friendly.The central location of the flat allow us to go everywhere easily and at every time. Even if the location is central the flat is very quiet.

Pasamos 3 días en mayo. El apartamento está muy bien situado. Te permite llegar a todos los lados andando en muy poco tiempo. Está decorado al detalle y muy bien equipado.

Vinimos de EEUU para pasar una semana maravillosa en este comodísimo apartamento. Estaba cerca de todo pero muy tranquilo. El apto. está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavar ropa, etc. El dueño era muy agradable, y era fácil comunicarnos con él. Fue inmejorable. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

My wife and I (we're from the US) spent a week in this apartment. It is absolutely in the heart of the touristic part of beautiful Granada, but so quiet and comfortable that you would hardly know it. We loved every minute, and it was so easy to deal with the owner of the apartment, a really nice guy, by the way. The apt. has everything for cooking, washing clothes, etc. It is located near plenty of grocery stores, and is steps away from a major bus stop to get you up to the Alhambra, Albaicin, and other points of interest. The Cathedral is practically next door. It is a great place to stay, and you won't regret spending your vacation time here.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights in May'08 with our 7 month old son. The owner was very nice and had everything (including the baby cot) ready for our late arrival. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, quiet and right in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend Granada and this apartment.

Bueno solo dejar constancia d que me aloje en el apartamente durante una semana junto con mi novio. Teniamos la idea de ir de turismo y ha sido genial. LA casa esta equipada con todo lo necesario y se encuentra situada en el centro de la ciudad muy cerca de los sitios turísticos más importantes. Recomendo este apartamento a cualquiera que ese dudando. No se arrepentirá- Un saludo.

Hola, nosotras pasamos unos dias en Granada instaladas en este apartamento y es realmente recomendable. Esta en pleno centro de Granada,en plena Gran Vía de Colón, en la que se puede encontrar todas o casi todas las lineas de autobus (aunque se puede visitar toda la ciudad practicamente andando). El apartamento no le falta detalle, es precioso, y, Oscar el chico que nos lo alquiló es realmente atento.

El apartamento esta super bien, todo de buenas calidades, muy moderno y comodo. Con todo tipo de accesorios practicos y utensilios para no tener que preocuparte mas que de tener algo para picar si te apetece. Muy bien situado, puedes moverte a casi todo lo interesante andando. Dueño muy enrollado, aconseja sitios y esta siempre disponible para lo que se necesite. RECOMENDABLE 110%

Nous venons de passer quelques jours à Grenade et pouvons chaudement recommander cet appartement. Très bien situé en face du marché et en plein centre à côté du marché. Très calme. Très propre, bien équipé, bon accueil. Seul petit bémol: les fenêtres de l'appartement ouvrent sur des cours intérieures, donc pas de vue et peu de lumière. En contre-partie pas de bruit.
