Finished to a high standard, this amazing apartment will give you all the style and comfort of a hotel but at a fraction of the cost. Check in service is provided by a native English speaker, including Fine European linens and towels. The apartment is located in a traditional building, which is a modernist work of art. It is part of the urban morphology of the old town of Barcelona. The recent refurbishment respected and totally restored the interior and the modernist façade dating from the late nineteenth century. As a result, the building has no lift available.

Se trata de un apartamento que acabamos de restaurar íntegramente, 3 habitaciones, 4 camas (1 de matrimonio). Lo acabamos de estrenar: http://www.flatbarcelona.net/familyoption.htm Está en un luminoso cuarto piso de altura, en una finca catalogada y recien restaurada del S. XIX de clásica arquitectura barcelonesa. Eso hace que no tenga ascensor disponible. El apartamento da a la parte posterior de la finca, por lo que no hay ruido del tráfico. Verás que está totalmente equipado: aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada (cafetera, microondas, tostadora, utensilios para cocinar, ...), lavadora, TV, DVD o equipo musical. Como servicios te incluye juego de sábanas y toallas frescas para todas las personas. Karen, de habla inglesa nativa y con un perfecto nivel de español hace el check in y check out, os informará de todo y os prestará asistencia durante toda la estancia. Destaca su localización, muy céntrico, al lado de plaza Cataluña y el Arco del Triunfo. En la zona tienes Internet Café, Restaurantes, Farmacia, Panaderia, Frutería, Supermercado, etc. Otros enclaves importantes como la playa, Paseo de Gracia, las Ramblas o el Borne te quedan a unos 15 minutos caminando. La parada de metro ('Arc del Triomf') está a 100m, además de varias líneas de autobuses.
