Beautiful apartment on the 3º floor of a building serviced by one elevator. Bright, sunny, cosy and cheerful, with: a very big double room with balcony (double bed: 140 cm ) other double room with 2 bed literas (90cm) and one individual rooms.
The apartment is provided with internet (ADSL), TV, DVD player/radio, iron and ironing board. It has a central heating and air condition. The kitchen is very shining and well-equipped with, oven, microwave, freezer, etc, and is supplied with pots, cutlery and crockery. It also has two big bathrooms and a confortable living room with a cheaslonge. In the apartment can sleep up to 5 people.
Metro tube station of “Palos de la Frontera" is less than une minutes to the apartment, Atocha Renfe Central Train Station and Delicias tube are also close to the apartment, which gives easy access to all of Madrid and most famous tourist attractions, and Sol ( the epicentre of Madrid). All services are included(water, electricity,gas).

Precioso apartamento muy bien iluminado con 4 habitaciones: 3 dormitorios con armarios empotrados y conexión a INTERNET (ADSL) individual en cada una de ellas.
Está totalmente equipado y amueblado, lavadora, microndas, freidora electrica, frigorífico, etc; tv, dvd, aire acondicionado, calefacción, etc. Posee baño completo, aseo y un confortable salón con cheslonge; todo el piso tiene suelo de parquet. Está en una zona muy segura, tranquila y muy bien comunicada: 8 líneas de autobús, 2 líneas de metro y cercanías. Zona de museos: de Museos del Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen, a 5 min. de Sol, de Estacion de trenes Atocha y Parque del Retiro.
En el apartamento pueden dormir hasta 7 personas. Incluye gastos de agua, gas y luz.
PRECIO solo agosto: 90 €/persona/ noche. Adicional 20€/persona/noche.-
