Estuvimos alli del 6 al 9 de octubre.El piso esta bastante bien y limpio.Esta un poco apartado del centro pero tiene una parada de autobus cerca.Los propietarios muy amables.Si volvemos a Sevilla en plan de apartamentos repetiremos.

El piso está muy limpio y tiene de todo hasta parking en el sótano. El centro está a 20min. a pie pero hay bus. Nos gustó mucho, el propietario es muy agradable. Merece la pena, a un buen precio.Volveremos Sevilla es increible os lo recomendamos.

Two friends of mine stayed a week in this apartment and they were very happy with it. It's spacious, well equipped and situated near the city centre. But apart from the lovely apartment I should mention the owner, Manuel. He doesn't only do what you expect him to do but a lot more. One of my friends was severely ill and thanks to Manuel she got the best possible treatment. He's a very helpful, pleasant and considerate person and he's made their stay, despite health problems, bearable. So Manuel, on behalf of my friends and me, I would like to thank you again, for the great apartment and your help. Que te vayas bien, martin

Hola a todos. El pasado fin de semana he estado con mi mujer y mis dos hijos en Sevilla, que os puedo contar mucho calor pero todo muy bonito, el piso de Manuel nos ha encantado, todo muy limpio y perfecto , os lo recomendamos. Saludos: Raul.

The flat was spotlessly clean and the double glazing prevented any disturbance from street noise. Facility of access by bus from the centre was very satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay at Manuel's flat very much

Pasamos unas noches en Julio, en total 3 personas.
Todo perfecto. Buenas instalaciones.Trato exquisito.
Cochera con apertura automática.
Muy bien comunicado, autovía a 50 metros y paradas de bus y taxis amenos de 1 minuto.

Ich habe 4 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Sehr einfach vom Flughafen zu erreichen (15 min)und Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen. Nahe dem Expo'92-Gelände und Fluss Guadalquivir gelegen. Mietfahrräder gleich um die Ecke. Bäckerei gleich gegenüber und LIDL-Supermarkt 1 min zu Fuss. Auch Apotheke gegenüber.
