Muy tranquilo, centrico, cerca de estacion de autobuses, centro medico, mercado, supermercados y a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa. Tiene terraza grande, dos grande dormitorios (con ropa de cama y toallas) salon con dos sofas y TV, cocina totalmente amueblada (vitro, horno, frigorifico, lavadora y menaje) y un bano. Aparcar coche exterior apartamento.
Para reservar, Vd. Debe pagar el 100 euros, en efectivo, cheque o transferencia bancaria.
Ademas, Vs. Debe entregar un deposito de seguridad de 150€. (Vuelta dia salida)
Podran entrar en las casa a partir de las 15.00 horas y deberan salir antes de las 10.oo.

Beautiful ground floor apartment Puerto De Mazarron with views to the mountains. Video phone entry control with full access for wheelchair users. The communal pool overlooks the sea and the amenities of the town with supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, bars and atms are just a short walk away.
The apartment has a large terrace, two large bedrooms, lounge dining area, a seperate kitchen fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. All towels and linen are provided. The lounge is comfortably furnished with tv and a balcony which looks out onto the mountains. Overhead fans in all rooms and aircon unit which provides both cool and warm air. A safe provides secure storage for valuable items. Parking is available but a car is not necessary. The blue flag, sandy beach is five minutes walk from the apartment. Puerto de Mazarron is popular as a holiday destination for the Spanish. The nearby bus station provides a frequent and reasonably priced connection to other parts of Murcia and beyond. There are 18 golf courses in the area.
A booking deposit of 100 euros is required to be paid by Cash, euro cheque or bank transfer.
A security deposit of 150€ is required on arrival (returned on day of departure).
Guests cannot enter the property before 3pm and must leave by 10am on day of departure.
