nice and clean studio just next to Ramblas. the street is a bit noisy and the building is quite old but the accomodation is really cute. Good price and nice welcome. good deal.

Bonne Adresse : studio tres sympa et propre, en plein centre. Les moins : un peu bruyant le samedi et l'entree de l'immeuble un peu defraichie. Les plus : le prix, l'accueil et les ramblas. Bon plan sans surprises. Bon voyage et bonne bouffe !

Good value studio : just next to the Ramblas, great location near bars and pubs. A bit noisy sometimes and the bulding would benefit some painting but the flat is clean, friendly and comfortable. Amazing price (we paid 350 euros for the whole week). I do think it is a good deal..

A dos pasos de Ramblas, estudio chiquito pero limpio y agradable. Buen precio por la ubicacion (justo al lado de Plaza Real). La calle es un poco ruidosa pero aparte alojamiento bueno y poco caro.

APPART PAS CHER, PROPRE ET SYMPA. UN PEU BRUYANT PARFOIS (EN JUILLET EN TOUT CAS) MAIS SUPER BIEN PLACÉ JUSTE A COTE RAMBLAS. AMBIANCE JEUNE. BON PLAN.

Las calles de barcelona dejan algo que desear..., October, 2007

Estuvimos una semana mi pareja y yo en Septiembre. El apartamento en sí era lo que se muestra en las fotos, limpio, equipado y todo bien. Pero la calle del apartamento... cuando llegamos nos dió miedo entrar en ese portal, amén de la familia de gitanos q habia sentados en el mismo portal ensuciandolo y armando un jaleo que se escuchaba hasta con la ventana cerrada. El hombre que nos acompañó el apartamento nos dijo que casualmente el ascensor se habia roto ese mismo dia y que al dia siguiente seguramente lo arreglarian (es un 4º) aunque esa misma tarde un vecino nos dijo q hacia dos semanas q no funcionaba... La primera noche rociaron las calles en zotal, el hedor que subia hacia las ventanas era insoportable, incluso al dia siguiente esuvimos buscando otra cosa para alojarnos porque el olor era demasiado fuerte pero por suerte el baño en zotal no se repetio (por lo menos en el resto de nuestra estancia). en las calles no hay contenedores, un camion de basura va recogiendo una o dos veces al dia la basura, aun asi me parece muy antihigiénico y antiestético bajar al portal de casa y ver una montaña de bolsas de basura cada 10metros... La dirección exacta es calle Obrador`s, una perpendicular a Escudellers, que si no os da miedo podeis llegar facilmente a las ramblas en 6 o 7 minutos. Aunque ya digo, a parte de todo esto, el apartamento, que es de lo que se trata, estuvo bien.

If you love "Old Barcelona" this is a great deal for you. My fiance and I spent a wonderful week here--very easy walk to anywhere in the old city. Plenty of room for two or more people, and the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet. Also, the owner and his assistant are friendly and helpful!
