Cómodo apartamento en zona residencial, a solo 5 minutos del centro y del mar pero lo suficientemente tranquilo para tener un buen descanso.
El apartamento cuenta con un salón equipado con una mesa y sillas para 6 personas, un sofá cama, TV, reproductor de DVD y radio.
Desde el salón se accede a la terraza, que es lo suficientemente grande para que 6 personas se sienten a la mesa. También se disfruta de agradables vistas a la piscina comunitaria, situada justo enfrente.
La cocina, alargada, está equipada con nevera, congelador, fogones de gas y horno.
Al otro extremo de la cocina hay un pequeño trastero donde se encuenta la lavadora.
Justo enfrente de la cocina hay un baño con un plato de ducha.
El apartamento tiene dos dormitorios, ambos con armarios.
Uno de los dormitorios tiene una cama de matrimonio y el otro unas literas. Dos personas más pueden dormir en el sofá cama.
En el jardín comunitario, además de la piscina, hay un área de juego infantil.
Plaza de parking para un coche incluida.

Very comfortable apartment located in a residential complex, just 5 minutes away from the town center and the Mediterranean but quiet enough to have a good rest.
Description of the CORTIJO apartment in Sitges:
The apartment has a large living room equipped with a bed-sofa, a table and chairs for 6 people some amenities as TV, DVD player and radio From the living room you can access the balcony, big enough for the 6 of you to have dinner or lunch. You also have nice views of the communal swimming pool, just in front of you.
The elongated kitchen is equipped with friger, freezer, range gas and oven. At the end of the kitchen there is a small room where you can find the washing machine. Just in front of the kitchen you can find the bathroom wiht a shower.
The apartement has two rooms, equipped with a big wardrobe each. One of the rooms has double bed and the other one a bunk bed for two. Two more people can sleep in the sofa bed.
Along with the communal swimingpool, you can also enjoy the playground for kids. Parking slot for one car included.
Less than 500 mts from the beach.
Pets and parties not allowed. Kids welcome.
