40 sqm apartment right at the centre of madrid in a very popular, young and cool quarter named Lavapies. its all new and renovated one year ago, wood and carpet floor. it has 2 levels: on the top one there’s the bedroom with a futon mattress and lot of place to put things (like a junk room). on the principal level there's a bathroom, a complete kitchen (microwave, vitroceramic stove, washing machine, fridge-freezer...and all kind of small household appliances just as crockery and everything you need to cook...), a built-in wardrobe and a living room with a big sofa (4 places), 3 bookcases, a wood table, a wood trunk, a pc printer, electric heating.... its a second floor that leads out to a yard, so is very quiet as much as luminous. outside the apartment, on the next door, i have another junk room to put bags, a bicycle or whatever... in short, it's a very nice and cute place easy to hold and keep clean, very well communicated by bus or subway, in a popular quarter full of bars, restaurants, museums (5' to museum of contemporary art Reina Sofía, the Thyssen museum, the Prado museum, the Retiro Park, the sunday market....).chispi82@hotmail.com 1000€/month, 350€/week 0034-677374378
el apart tiene 40m2 y es ideal para persona sola o pareja. tiene dos alturas. en el altillo, sobre la cocina, está el dormitorio (futón japonés y mesilla de madera) y un espacio detrás que yo usaba para almacenar cosas. se sube por una escalera de madera, tipo carpintero pero hecha a medida. en planta principal está un pequeño recibidor con armario empotrado, la cocina abierta hacia el salón (pero no cocina americana), el baño completo con ducha, y el salón con una ventana que da a un patio de manzana, luminoso, y tranquilo. salón tiene sofá de cuatro plazas (muchas veces se queda gente a dormir en él porque es realmente cómodo), mesa, sillas, estanterías, equipo música, tele, ventilador... está todo nuevo y recién reformado, en un edificio típico del centro de Madrid, sin ascensor (el apto está en un segundo piso). Por supuesto tiene todo para vivir, como ropa de cama, toallas, vajilla, electrodomésticos grandes y pequeños....
