Además, Vs. Debe entregar un deposito de seguridad (fianza) de 200€ por vivienda de 1 dormitorio, 300€ por uno de 2 dormitorios, 400€ por uno de 3 dormitorios, 500€ por uno de 4 dormitorios y 700€ por uno de 6 dormitorios.
El coste de limpieza será descontado del deposito el día de salida, u es de 40€ por vivienda de 1 dormitorio, 50€ por 2 dormitorios, 60€ por 3 dormitorios, 80€ por 4 dormitorios y 120 por 6 dormitorios.
El pago final y la fianza serán pagados en efectivo en la oficina de Houseproud a la llegada de Vds. (en efectivo)
Podrán entrar en las casa a partir de las 15.00 horas y deberán salir antes de las 10.00 horas.
En caso de que lleguen después de las 20.00 horas deberán pagar un extra de 35€.
Short term lets:
