The apartament is situated in the best area of San Sebastian.It is only 50metres from de spectacular beach of La Concha,one minute only from the "Old Town"(restaurants,pintxos bar,the port etc...),and the shopping area.The apartament has two bedrooms:one with doble bed(150x200) and the second bedroom has two beds of 90.There is a complete bathroom with towels and lingery are included.The kitchen is full equiped(wash machine,dishwasher,fridge-freezer,microwave etc).The living room has TV,DVD,and acces to de luminousse terrace with table and chairs....
Option for the car park
The apartament is perfect recomend for a nice stay in San Sebastian

Un verdadero lujo para pasar unos días en San Sebastián.No imaginábamos que estuviese tan bien situado,en plena zona comercial, cerquita de la playa y del Paseo de la Concha, a un paso de la zona de pintxos.Inmejorable situación. El piso además es limpio, amplio y cómodo. Intentaremos volver en verano.

Magnifico piso con el tinte clásico de San Sebastian y al lado de la concha. El edificio por fuera es precioso y la casa por dentro está muy bien decorada. El patio interior que tiene con su mesita para desayunar o pasar el rato es estupendo. El dueño de la casa es muy acogedor.

Fuimos 4 gallegos y no nos hizo falta el coche para nada,ni la cocina,ni la tele...en pleno centro de todo,a unos metros de la concha,ayuntamiento,de la zona de bares y pinchos,entretenimiento,diversion y paisaje solo con salir del portal.El dueño se porto genial,sin ningun fallo,repetiré.

Llegamos cinco personas y nos encontramos con un piso amplio, muy limpio y en pleno centro de San Sebastián...lo que mas nos ha gustado es que realmente está a un paso de la playa, zona comercial y zona de pinchos....que mas podemos pedir...nos llevamos muy buen recuerdo...ademas el dueño del piso ha sido muy amable...

This apartment is clean, spacious and fully equiped. It is in a great location in the centre of San Seb. It would easily fit 4-5 people comfortably and has a fantastic balcony opening out to the internal quad. It is close to all amenities including the main 'la concha' beach, shopping, the cathedral and the old town with bars/restaurants etc. We found the owner very friendly and helpful with advise of what to do and see and would highly recommend it!

Four of us spent a happy time in this comfortable, spacious flat, with a lovely inner patio, complete with table, chairs and parasol. Shops, supermarket immediately outside and La Concha and the old town only a few minutes away. Jose and Ana were very welcoming and helpful and were always on time to meet us, going out of their way to allow us in slightly early due to our arrival time. Very well-equipped flat with dishwasher, washing-machine, CD player, playing cards, useful bits like tea, herbs and salt left and a number of other nice little touches. Only lacking in mugs, which seems to be a Spanish thing! We would certainly intend to stay here again if (or hopefully when) we return to San Sebastian.

We found the apartment exactly as advertised- centrally located and close to everything: the beach, the old town, upmarket stores as well as supermarkets, bakeries and cafes. There is underground parking across the street and a cybercafe not far away, near the cathedral.
Jose Manuel was a most helpful host and installed a cot, so it was perfect for 2 couples and an 18 month old.
I would recommend it highly as an excellent base for exploring beautiful San Sebastian and the surrounding area.

This was our first time to San Sebastian and were very impressed with the apartment. Clean and spacious. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Right in the center of town. The supermarket, shopping, restaurants, aqaurium, bars, and old town were in a short walking distance. Beautiful women are everywhere! Our host was truly a genuine and remarkable man. Don't wait any longer, plan a vacation to San Sebastian! Peace!

We rented this flat for three nights in April, 2008. The location is excellent, with groceries, cafe, and pastries within a few steps. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the EuroTren train station, the old town, and the Playa de Concha. Overall, very central to San Seb. The flat was spacious for 5 adults. Jose Manuel was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He does not speak english,so you may need help with translation in person. Email correspondance was fine. This is a great place for the rate of 120.00 euro per night, especially in such a wonderful city as Donostia (San Sebastian)!

Si buscas algo bien equipado, espacioso, limpio, con posibilidad de aparcamiento, en la zona más comercial de San Sebastián, con acceso a bares, restaurantes, supermercados y comercios de todo tipo, además de tener la playa de la Concha a un minuto, no busques más.

We had a great week in this flat in July with our one year old daughter. The location was great and the owner very friendly and helpful. Handy for the shops and the beach. We would stay here again if we come back to San Sebastian.

Ya lo habéis dicho todo, súper céntrico, cómodo, acogedor, con unos techos altísimos y un dueño encantador. Lo que no imaginábamos era que además sería extremadamente silencioso, y con una calefacción estupenda. Así que a los que vayáis en invierno, ni lo dudéis. Nosotros hemos estado quince días, con un peque de tres años, y nos encontramos que había hasta barrera para la cama!!! y todo el espacio del mundo en los armarios.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. La terraza ideal, un lujo para desayunar. El piso está muy bien, muy acogedor, con un salón muy amplio, bonito y bien decorado. Genial el precio, y el dueño muy amable. Lo recomendamos. Por cierto San Sebastián es precioso volveremos en verano
