Alquilo mi estudio que está situado en el multicultural barrio del Raval en Barcelona, en una calle peatonal y al lado de los principales sitios turísticos de la ciudad ( Macba, Ramblas, Pl. Catalunya, Mercado de la Boquería, Museo Picaso...), a un minuto del metro y de varias lineas de autobuses. Situado en una calle peatonal, a 20 metros de la comisaría de policía.
Se trata de un solo ambiente, con una cama de matrimonio extragrande ( 1,50 x 2) y un sofá cama individual, una pequeña cocina, baño y un balcón que da a la calle. Es muy luminoso y agradable; es un tercer piso y no dispone de ascensor ( disculpas...).
Tiene aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, Tv con DVD, reproductor de MP3, utensilios de cocina, nevera, microondas, cafetera, sandwichera, tostadora de pan, calefactor de baño, lavadora... Dispone de sábanas, toallas, nórdico o colcha.
En el edificio hay una amplia terraza comunitaria donde se puede tomar el sol, cenar por la noche... No suele haber nadie y es muy agradable.
Es perfecto para pasar tus vacaciones en Barcelona.
Los precios están muy ajustados para la zona:
1-2 personas: 60 euros/noche, 380/semana
3 personas: 75 euros/noche, 480/semana
ULTIMO MINUTO: 50 euros/noche (2 pers) y 65 (3 pers.) Maximo 48h. antes de la entrada
PRECIO PARA 1 MES: 950 EUROS. GASTOS INCLUIDOS
Cobro un depósito de 100 euros que se devuelven al final de la estancia. Y tambien hay un cargo de 30 euros en concepto de limpieza. Para llegadas entre las 22 y las 8h hay un cargo de 10 euros.

Very near of the mains tourist places of the city: Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, Picasso museum, Boqueria market, MACBA... and also there are a lots of restaurants, bars...and you can go to the beach walking in 10 min.
The apartment is very well comunicated by diferents stops buses and the subway is very near.
It has one double bed ( 1,50 x 2) and one single bed, so is perfect for one, two o three persons. It has Air Conditioning,coffe machine, iron, microwave oven, juicer and mixer, hairdryer, tv whit dvd, washing machine...
In the flat roof you can suntan or just enjoy the views.
It's in the 3th. level and there are not elevator ( sorry...)
The price is for 1- 2 pers.: 60€/day and 380€/week.
For 3 pers.: 75€/day and 480€/week.
LAST MINUT: 50 euros/night (2 pers.) and 65 euros/night ( 3pers.). Max. 48h. before check in
