Short term lets:
A booking deposit of 30% of rental is required (non refundable) to be paid by Cash, Euro cheque or bank transfer.
A security deposit is required (bond), 700 € for 6 bedrooms. (RETURNED ON DAY OF DEPARTURE)
The final payment can be made on day of arrival in cash at the Houseproud office with the security deposit
Guest cannot enter the property before 3pm and must leave by 10am on day of departure.
Late arrival callout charge - 35€ (after 8pm)
