Al estar situado en el centro, se puede ir caminado a las playas, a las tiendas, al paseo marítimo, a los chringuitos, etc. También permite, por su localización en la Costa del Sol, hacer excursiones a sitios pintorescos, como Gibraltar (30 minutos), o lugares con ambiente y llenos de vida nocturna, como Marbella, y sólo a unos minutos del puerto deportivo y la urbanización de Sotogrande.

muy confortable limpio y muy bien situado(sombra en la terraza para comer y para cenar con vistas al mar y piscina)de lo mejor en donde hemos estado.estamos encantados con el apto y con la zona y no descartamos volver.
