Well-appointed apartment on the popular Playa Golf 2 development
Newly available, this well-appointed apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to a high standard. The balcony is east-facing – perfect for enjoying a leisurely al fresco breakfast in the morning sun, whilst avoiding the full force of the Spanish midday sun on the apartment. Later on in the day, the late afternoon/evening sun reappears through the west-facing windows, casting a warm glow into the rooms as you relax with a cooling drink after your day out.
The landscaped communal swimming pool is just 40 metres away. The gated pool area contains a regular pool with a children’s pool off to one side, with a pleasant, grassed, pool-side sunbathing area.
The apartment is well-equipped for your comfort and convenience. The main rooms all have ceiling fans to help keep you cool during the summer months, and heaters for the winter. The apartment has door and window grilles and an alarm system for your security, and a safe is installed for your use. Clean linen and towels* are provided at the start of your stay. (*not beach/pool towels – please bring your own) A washing machine and clothes drying/ironing facilities are provided in the apartment for your use. Alternatively, the management company can arrange for your laundry to be done for you. Please ask them for information/costs. They can also arrange a change of linen and towels or an extra clean of the apartment at your request – payable locally.
Midweek bookings are accepted throughout the year.

Please note that whilst the apartment is in an area of Playa Golf 2 which has been finished, other parts are still under development. The apartment is in a quiet side road, well away from any on-going development. However, we have taken the building work into account when setting our prices for the coming season. Close to the apartment and beaches are many local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants catering for a diverse range of tastes. Playa Golf 2 lies just a couple of minutes drive from the picturesque Campoamor championship golf course, and less than 15 minutes away from the world famous Villamartin and Las Ramblas courses. Between them, plus many other courses in the region, they offer a challenge for players of all abilities. The apartment is ideally situated for adrenalin seekers, those who like activity holidays, and culture vultures, but it is equally suitably placed for those who just want to spend their days relaxing by the pool or on the beach; maybe having a little look around the shops. The management company are on hand to help your holiday go as smoothly as possible. They are a fount of local/regional knowledge when it comes to things to do and places to see. For the golfers out there they can: advise you about the various courses in the area; book tee times; organise transport to and from courses; or even act as your guide around the courses. They can also advise on/organize: sight-seeing trips, visits to attractions, evenings out, etc. All these extra services are payable locally to the management company. Other Information:
The king-sized bed in the double room can be unzipped to provide two single beds if required. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a full-sized double sofa-bed in the lounge. The three-seater settee and lounge chair provide comfortable seating for 4 people, and the patio recliner chairs can be used as additional lounge seating.
A safe is installed for your conveneince.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. (Not pool/beach towels - please bring your own).
As this is a first-floor apartment, accessed by a flight of stairs, it is not suitable for infirm guests.
Cots can be hired locally; please ask for details.

There is a €150 breakages deposit to pay in advance, which is refunded within two weeks of the end of your stay as long as all is well. Also there is a €50 cleaning fee, and €10 per person laundry fee, payable locally on arrival.
