Comfortable, sunny Apartment on top of the house with super views from the Ifach in Calpe in the north, Altea and Benidorm with the sea in the background to the south.  Our urbanisation lies on the hill between Benidorm (3 km) and La Nucia and counts with bars and restaurants and at 1 km several supermarkets and shops. 

 

The apartment has a living room with satelite tv, 1 bedroom with airconditioning, powerful enough to cool or heat the whole apartment, 1 complete bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with gas cooker and microwave, a terrace facing southwest and you can use the pool and big terrace in the garden of the villa.  Please max 2 persons and non-smokers!

Rental minimum 1 week! April: Euro 200* a week, May till Mid June & Mid September till End of October: Euro 250* a week;  Summer rental (Mid June till Mid September) per week Euro 275*    *= plus electricity and final cleaning, you will have to buy new gas if the bottle for cooking is empty.
