Situación y características /Location and specifications
La Villa Ravel fue terminada de costruir en el año 2004 y se encuentra situada en la mejor zona de la ciudad, el centro de la bahia de San Sebatián, con vistas espectaculares de la Bahía de la Concha desde la fabulosa terraza. A 20 metros de la playa y a pocos minutos de paseo por la Concha hasta la parte vieja, los museos y zonas de comercio. Villa Ravel, consta de 180 metros cuadrados: cuatro habitaciones que pueden hospedar 9 personas, tres baños completos - uno con hidromasaje - y un medio baño. Decorada en estilo moderno y elegante. Tiene también un jardín privado y una enorme terraza con una vista impresionante sobre toda la Bahia de La Concha, también llamada la Perla del Cantábrico. La arquitectura de la casa es moderna y comprende tres pisos y un garage. Suelos de madera y equipamiento de alta calidad. El garage privado para dos vehículos (y bicicletas!) cerrado y con acceso directo a la casa le resultará muy cómodo. Poder llegar hasta la misma casa y dejar allí el vehículo sin pensar en parkings, grúas y multas!
Planta Garage: máximo 2 vehiculos + bicicletas.Primera Planta: amplio salón abierto hacia la cocina, con ventanas de suelo a techo.TV, DVD, Hi-Fi.Cocina con acceso directo al jardín privado y equipada con electrodomésticos de alto nivel. Medio baño (sin ducha).Segunda planta: Tre habitaciones dobles (o dos habitaciones y un salón - estudio extra) con dos baños completos de los cuales uno en la misma habitación.Tercera planta: habitación principal con un baño grande con hidromasaje. Desde esta habitación puede acceder a dos terrazas privadas desde donde podrá disfrutar de las vistas espectaculares de toda la Bahía de La Concha. La cocína de diseño tiene todos los electrodomésticos modernos que le puedan servir para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de relax: lavadora, horno, microondas, vitrocerámica, frigo-congelador. Además de cafetera, tostadora, zumos, batería de cocina completa y vajilla. Todo a su disposición desde que entre en la casa.Las habitaciones y baños incluyen sabanas y toallas de primera calidad.Una cama de matrimonio.7 camas separadas de las cuales dos pares se pueden unir.No están permitidas las fiestas. Animales domésticos permitidos SOLO en el garage y previo permiso.

Villa Ravel was completed in June 2004 and is located in the best area of San Sebastian; with spectacular views of La Concha Bay from its fabulous terrace, it is only 20m from the beach and only a few minutes away from the 'old town', the beautiful city attractions,
museums and shopping areas.The Villa (180 square meters) has four wonderful bedrooms that can host up to 9 guests, three complete bathrooms (one of them with hydro massage) and a half bathroom, all decorated in a modern and elegant style. The Villa has also a private garden and an impressing view, from the upper terrace, of what is called The Pearl of the Cantabric Sea, world famous La Concha bay. Villa Ravel has also a closed private garage for two cars (and bikes!), included in the price! This is something you will certainly appreciate, being able to park in the same center of the city and not worrying about parking availability, hours and payments.

A fully equipped very modern and comfortable kitchen with direct access to the garden.Second floor: three bedrooms (or two bedrooms and an extra living room) with two complete bathrooms.Third floor: master bedroom with a large and modern bathroom with hydro massage. From this bedroom you have access to two private terraces from one of which you have spectacular views of the famous La Concha Bay. The designer kitchen has all the latest modern conveniences that you could possibly need to make this a hassle-free visit to San Sebastian. It comes with washer-dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, vitroceramic, fridge-freezer. Other appliences include juicer, coffee maker , toaster all provided to make you feel at home. Pots and pans, plates, cutlery is all provided and ready for use upon your arrival. Best quality bed linen and towels are provided.

Siamo stati una settimana a Villa Ravel, ed è davvero una villa all'altezza del grande compositore. Pulitissima, ottimo srvizio d'accoglienza, bagni di marmo impecabili, e che viste! Bellissimo!

Villa Ravel desde luego està en un sitio insuperable en San Sebastian. La casa es grande, moderna, nueva, tiene todas las comodidades, garage, baños impecables, ..... y vistas extraordinarias desde la terraza.

We were for the first time in San Sebastian. Great city, very clean, safe and organized. Villa Ravel was the perfect choice, unbeatable location, very clean and lux linen, kitchen and ... a house as elegant as Ravel's Bolero!

Hola!, Yo estuve con mi familia en la Villa Ravel en Abril del 2004, y fueron las mejores vacaciones de mi vida, la ciudad es preciosa, la comida increible, y la estancia en la casa INSUPERABLE, una casa preciosa y el dueño encantador. Muchisimas gracias, tengo un recuerdo imborrable de aquellos días.
