The building is new and the apartment measures 35m2. “The lift gives you direct access to the apartment” where you find a nice and comfortable living area with one big double sofa bed (1,60m x 2.05m), dining table for four persons and a kitchen with all what you may need for a pleasant stay. There is one bedroom with two singles beds and one full bathroom with shower.

AMENITIES:
Lift, balcony, wooden floor, TV, CD, washer, iron and ironing board, oven, conditioned air and heating, Micro-wave, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots and all necessary equipment for cooking. Towels, blankets and bed linens are provided.
LOCATION:
ZONE: District of the “La Barceloneta” (Ciutat Vella).
SITUATION: Located on the street Alcanar 31-33, 1º 1ª, (100m from the beach and the Marine Stroll).
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Beach, Barceloneta, Maremagnum, Imax, Aquarium, harbour.
The old fishermen' quarter is by the beach, to the south of the zoo and on the other side of the old France Station; it was built in the mid-1600s with straight, narrow streets and still retains an agreable village atmosphere.
In the summer, the place is full of people going to the beaches, but it's worth visiting at other times too, because of its characteristic charm and the plethora of fish restaurants.
The Saint John festivities (June 23) are fervently celebrated, with bonfires, devils that dance to the rhythm of traditional music and fireworks until dawn.
Due to its ideal location, this allows him to arrive walking in few minutes through the pretty Marine Stroll at the Olympic Vila (where it found a sport port, numerous restaurants, discos, bars, pubs and the Casino of Barcelona) and to give a stroll by all Barcelonian beaches. Closely together is the park of the Ciutadella and the zoological one.
Those that they want to at night go out to have supper and to amuse itself will be able to find several well-known “restaurants of fish” in the streets next to the apartment.
On the other hand there are a very near station of train, a shutdown of subway and several lines of buses (this last one in front of the apartment) that allow to accede to the rest of the city easily and to visit other places of tourist interest like Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Family, the Gúell Park, etc...
HOW TO ARRIVE:
It´s easy to reach the apartment by public transport both from the airport or from the main train stations. At first, take the Aerobus or the train RENFE from the airport, or the metro from Sants station, until Plaça Catalunya. Once there, you can take the metro and stop at Barceloneta (line 4), you have to transfer once.
Otherwise, you can take a taxi. From Plaça Catalunya it will cost aprox. 10€ and from the airport it adds up to 30€.

El edificio es nuevo y el apartamento mide 35m2. “El ascensor te deja directamente dentro del apartamento” donde encontraras una confortable área con un enorme sofa cama (1,60m x2,05m), una mesa de comedor para cuatro personas, una cocina completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para tener una estancia agradale. Una habitación con dos camas individuales y un baño completo con ducha.

SITUACIÓN: Localizado en la calle Alcanar 31-33, 1º 1ª, (a 100m de la playa y el Paseo Marítimo).
ATRACCIONES TURISTICAS: Playa, Barceloneta, Maremagnum, Imax, Aquarium, puerto deportivo.
El viejo barrio pescador de La Barceloneta se encuentra frente al mar, al sur del parque zoológico y al otro lado de la antigua Estación de Francia; se construyó a mediados del siglo XVII con calles rectas y estrechas, y todavía conserva una agradable atmósfera pueblerina.
Durante el verano, el lugar se llena de gente que va a la playa, pero merece visitarse en cualquier época del año por su característico encanto y la enorme cantidad de restaurantes de pescado que alberga.
Las festividades de San Juan, el 23 de junio, son fervorosamente celebradas con fogatas, diablos que bailan al ritmo de la música tradicional y fuegos artificiales hasta el amanecer.
Debido a su ubicación ideal, esto le permite llegar andando en pocos minutos a través del bonito Paseo Marítimo a la Vila Olímpica (donde hallara un puerto deportivo, numerosos restaurantes, discotecas, bares, pubs y el Casino de Barcelona) y dar un paseo por todas las playas barcelonesas. Muy cerca se encuentra el parque de la Ciutadella y del zoológico.
Los que quieran salir de noche a cenar y a divertirse podrán encontrar varias conocidas marisquerías en las calles próximas al apartamento.
Por otro lado hay una estación de tren muy cercana, una parada de metro y varias líneas de autobuses (esta última delante del apartamento) que permiten acceder al resto de la ciudad fácilmente y visitar otros lugares de interés turístico como Las Ramblas, la Sagrada Familia, el Parque Gúell, etc…
COMO LLEGAR:
Se puede llegar fácilmente al apartamento en transporte público, tanto desde el aeropuerto como desde las principales estaciones de tren. La manera más directa es llegar a la Plaça Catalunya (en Aerobús o RENFE desde el aeropuerto, o en metro desde la estación de Sants). Una vez en la Plaça Catalunya, ha de coger el metro y tras hacer un trasbordo bajar en la parada Barceloneta (línea 4).
