Apartamento situado en el interior de una urbanizacion privada con una amplia piscina,jardin y plaza de garaje.El apartamento consta de 2 dormitorios,2 cuartos de baño(dentro de cada dormitorio),salon con chimenea de marmol,cocina americana y terraza,todas las habitaciones tienen luz natural.Tiene aire acondicionado y bomba de calor y el suelo y el alicatado de los baños es de marmol.El apartamento esta equipado con lavadora,frigorifico,microondas y television.Se alquila durante todo el año desde un minimo de 3 dias hasta un maximo de 4 meses.Las tarifas son las siguientes:
Desde octubre hasta mayo: 75 euros/noche (mínimo 3 noches) y 300 euros por semana.
Meses de Junio y septiembre: 800 euros/quincena y 1.300 euros el mes completo.
Temporada alta: Julio 2.400 euros y agosto 3.000 euros el mes completo.
