CONDITIONS OF THE RENT:
Fianza: 300 €(refundable at departure).
Minimum is rented 7 days. The price includes VAT We provide of sheets, blankets and towels.
Arrival after 16:00 until 20:00, and got out at the 10 am. Confirmation of the reservation previous payment of the 20 % of the total stay.

Esta en bonito piso totalmente equipado y amueblado, lavadora,microndas, freidora electrica, frigorífico, etc; tv, dvd, aire acondicionado, baño completo y aseo. El piso está en una zona segura,tranquila y muy bien comunicada: 10 líneas de autobús, metro y cercanías. A 5 min. de Sol, de Estac. de trenes Atocha, de Museos del Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen y Parque del Retiro. Limpieza general 1 veces por semana.
CONDICIONES DEL ALQUILER:
PRECIO EN TEMPORADA ALTA: +20%.-
(PUENTES Y FESTIVOS, NAVIDAD, SEMANA SANTA).
Un depósito de 300€ será pagado a la llegada y reembolsado a la salida.

Die Vermieter wohnen mit in der Wohung und sind sehr nett. Das Apartment ist gross und Küchenmitbenutzung problemlos möglich. Bad gut ausgestattet, Geschäfte und Internetcafe in der Nähe, genauso wie Atocha Bahnhof und Metro 'Palos de la Frontera'. Hoffe, ich kann dort auch in Zukunft wieder mal wohnen!
